Online Chat Advisor:

Compensation:  $14.17 and $23.29 & 15 Days of Paid Vacation Days each Calendar Year

Adtalem Global Education is a national leader in post-secondary education and leading provider of professional talent to the healthcare industry. The primary purpose of this position is to service online chat generated requests from prospective students, current students, and handle any general chat questions regarding admissions, student services, student finance, academics, or registrar services, based on the information available in the institution’s catalog.  Route chats that require additional expertise to the appropriate resource in a prompt and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Online chat advisor handles chat conversations with prospective students, answering front line admissions questions, providing pertinent and responsive feedback while representing all client partners’ unique brands and business needs.
  • Handles any general chat inquiries regardless of modality online or onsite to provide specific answers or provide appropriate routing to correct department personnel throughout the university (including but not limited to My Compass chats, service, academic advising, technical support, etc.).
  • Routes detailed chat inquiries to appropriate department personnel with special consideration for student finance questions to ensure best in class student service.
  • Handles chat conversations with continuing students, answering specific student questions regarding registration, academics, classes, university catalog material, and providing pertinent and responsive feedback.

Social Media Customer Engagement Specialist – REMOTE:

General Purpose: Assist customers by answering questions, helping with vehicle support, and marketing support. Servicing customers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram pages as well as other social platforms.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, App Store
• Create and manage cases for customers needing more complex assistance.
• Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and achieve operational metrics.
• Adhere to standard work processes and contribute to efficiencies and improvements when possible.
• Proactively identify sales leads and educate in-market customers on product functionality and services.
• Effectively and accurately document customer interaction
• Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates and product concerns / inquiries.

Mental Wellness Coach for Kids & Teens:

Compensation: $15 per hour

Applicants must have:

  • experience – you’ve worked in the mental health field or with kids or teens 
  • empathy and awareness – a strong understanding of the experiences kids and teens from historically marginalized communities such as: people of color, LGBTQIA+, and economically disadvantaged individuals
  • quick learner – Coaches chat with kids and teens through a chat platform. This means you’ll need to be a quick learner to effectively navigate and communicate using the provided platform
  • a flexible schedule – our coaching happens on-demand. This means you are able to hop on and chat with kids when needed
  • great written communication skills – all of our coaching happens through chat. Love to send a good emoji or gif? We do too!

Specific Coach duties include:

  • completing coach certification
  • coaching with kids and teens via the Clayful platform
  • leveling up with ongoing training
  • participating positively in the Clayful coaching community

Customer Support Representative:

We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join the journey as we enable millions of people around the world to reach, engage, and monetize their audience! Alliance Support Team Member:

Compensation: $70 – 75K & Unlimited PTO

As a member of the Alliance Support team,  you will play a key role in supporting Bilt’s partner relationships and member services team. You’ll be an extension of the Bilt Customer Experience team acting as a liaison between our Bilt Alliance Partners and internal resident support teams. 

In this role you will: 

  • Provide payment and program support to our partners across the Bilt Alliance. This includes refunds, product integrations, technical support, member support and more.
  • Triage tickets and identify trends to the appropriate internal departments and work with them to resolve the issue 
  • Participate in cross-functional work-streams in partnership with Finance, Product, Engineering, to support partners and contribute to the success and growth of programs across the Alliance.
  • Demonstrate patience and organization in understanding the nuances of each partner’s business operations. 
  • Deliver white glove customer service, while responding to complex inquiries involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Document necessary information and escalate on going patterns internally
  • Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities

Customer Experience Associate:

Compensation: $70-75k+ bonus + benefits (medical, dental, vision) + 401K match + Equity.

In this role:

  • Provide comprehensive payment and program support to our members within the Bilt Rewards platform.
  • Triage incoming tickets and identify emerging trends, forwarding them to relevant internal departments for resolution. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address and resolve member issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate a high level of patience and organizational acumen in comprehending the unique nuances of each partner’s business operations.
  • Adapt to diverse business models and tailor your support accordingly to meet individual member needs.

Support Specialist, Contract:

Compensation: $25 per hour, $500 wfh stipend, & an annual $2,000 learning stipend

Location: Remote (U.S. Only – AZ, DC, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NM, NV, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI) 

  • Contribute 40 hours per week during our business hours, Monday through Friday. Provide amazing email and phone support to Handshake customers via internal ticketing systems. Your day-to-day will consist of:
    • 90%: resolving questions, bugs, feedback, and general inquiries. See daily averages below:
      • Ticket Volume: ~20 – 30 email tickets per day
      • Phone Volume: ~10 calls over a 4 hour daily phone shift
    • 5%: attending team meetings (1-3 per week)
    • 5%: completing administrative tasks (emails, checking daily announcements, training, etc.)
  • Note: email and phone tickets will involve highly technical troubleshooting and workflows, building and troubleshooting custom reports, and making sure to provide tailored, personal responses while building relationships

Tutoring Session Monitor:

As our Ignite! Reading team continues to expand and work with more students, we have identified that Tutor Session Monitors can play a critical role in the way that we grow but still show up for our Tutors and students. This role on our team is part-time.

Responsibilities:

  • We monitor the sessions dashboard on GSB and ensure all tutors are in their tutoring sessions on time in order to effectively tutor students.
  • When tutors are not present, we step in to support students until their tutor arrives and/or substitute to ensure our students are receiving the instruction they need to close their foundational skills gaps. 
  • Update student progress information in SPARK after each lesson. 
  • Ensure adherence to Ignite org-wide and tutor policies
  • Troubleshoot technology issues as they arise for tutors and students while monitoring sessions.

Literacy Specialist:

Literacy Specialist works closely with Tutor Operations to support the quality of instruction and development of key instructional tools. This person will support the design, execution, professional learning, coaching, and the Ignite Reading program as a whole.

  • Use the Science of Reading to understand our core curriculum and develop tools to support instruction and student strengths, weaknesses, in foundational skills 
  • Support with the maintenance and the creation of all aligned tutor materials
  • Support with the development of resources that comprise the Ignite curriculum, which is grounded in DI; determine ways in which DI may need to evolve to further support Ignite’s mission; create necessary resources and collateral 
  • Model and reinforce the values and culture of Ignite in all internal and external interactions; build trusting relationships with strategic partners 
  • Support with the creation and development of processes and tools to support the effectiveness of the Ignite program; notice where needs exist and exhibit initiative in tackling those needs in order to keep the program moving forward; consider ways to work cross functionally with other members of the Ignite team to ensure innovative solutions are codified 
  • Use data dashboards such as Tableau to identify students who are mastering content and students who may need additional support.
