Data Entry Specialist:

Compensation: $21 per hour

Qualifications:

Administrative Specialist:

Compensation: $16 per hour

? Duration: 5 Months (with possibility for extension)

As a Provider Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of provider information on our enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the distribution of updated information requested by dental offices and fostering positive relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Member Support Specialist – Social Media

The role of the Senior Member Support Specialist is to directly engage with current and potential members to provide guidance, support, and motivation through Social Media channels and internal community message boards. Assisting members with program, membership, and technical inquiries. 

What you will do:

  • Serve as a company ambassador, taking ownership of member issues and/or questions. Escalating  issues to the appropriate team and ensures prompt follow up accordingly to provide full member resolution.
  • Deliver a “best-in-class” member support experience to drive satisfaction and brand loyalty

EDI Specialist:

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Complete and submit EDI and ERA enrollment forms on behalf of WebPT Billing Service members.
  • Forward EDI and ERA enrollment forms and instructions to WebPT members and set reasonable expectations for approvals.
  • Track all enrollment related items in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Edit the incomplete constants report for missing NPI numbers and any other request from company employees and clients.
  • Provide status updates to WebPT members and internal teams regarding approvals.
  • Review EMR and billing system data and identify potential consistency issues.
  • Audit claims to identify and resolve any system configuration or enrollment issues.
  • Provide support to the Billing Service Team by adding providers and payers, resolving data mapping issues, and making billing software configuration changes.
  • Assist providers with enrolling and updating Provider Source and CAQH.
  • Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

Credentialing Coordinator:

This is a six month contract.

The Credentialing Coordinator will be engaged in all aspects of credentialing of healthcare professionals. This includes onboarding new providers, assisting in resolution of issues facing current providers, and protecting the platform by ensuring all providers have current certification and licensure. The Credentialing Contractor will report to the Credentialing Manager, and coordinate often with Supply Operations leadership. 

You Will:

  • Support the Credentialing Manager to ensure all new and existing providers possess the required credentials and licenses to operate compliantly and safely on the H&H platform, that these are documented accurately, and work with providers to ensure that these credentials are kept up to date
  • Coordinate, resolve, or escalate credentialing related support issues through ZenDesk. Identify common themes and partner with the credentialing manager to improve provider experience in the credentialing processes.  
  • Audit and verify compliance with NCQA and state level requirements for providers to practice.
  • Data entry of new applications/licenses in the credentialing database.
  • Update and process various agreements.
  • Perform employment verifications and send out certificates of insurance for current providers.
  • Document and audit receipts for licensure reimbursement.
  • Work cross functionally with the Provider Success team to streamline and support credentialing processes related to  provider onboarding.

Practitioner Recruiter:

Compensation: $75,000—$100,000 USD & Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

You will develop and implement our provider recruitment strategy, and manage the full recruitment cycle for the doctors, nurses, and therapists who are hired to work on the platform.   • Manage the full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and developing a strong talent pipeline of highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals

Sinclair Broadcast Group has an opening for a Copy Coordinator.  As a Copy Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling commercial copy rotations from advertisers and agencies directions, inputting instructions into the WideOrbit traffic system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Receiving, interpreting, and inputting commercial copy based on agency instructions, flight dates, rotations, and multiple revisions within log deadlines.
  • Working with sales and sales assistants answering questions regarding commercials and copy rotations.

Data Annotator:

Compensation: $20-25.55 per hour

We are looking for a Data Quality Annotator to join our growing team. Our Data Quality Team is responsible for crafting high quality datasets at scale. You will focus on performing in-house annotation tasks and participate in the quality assurance of outsourced projects.

Annotation projects may include classification, segmentation (polygons or Photoshop-based matting), drawing bounding boxes around zones of interest, and subjective reaction to a visual asset. Quality assurance in this context consists of evaluating work performed by an external partner and ranking it according to given scoring guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Annotating, categorizing, and checking quality of annotated data (including text). Providing feedback on observed trends in the dataset.
  • Comprehending the overall purpose of an annotation task based on guidelines and supporting examples
  • Ability to perform repeating annotation tasks with consistency, quality, and speed
  • Ability to recognize differences between images
