Operations Associate, Negotiations:

Compensation: $20 – $24/hour + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a curious and passionate Operations Associate to support and optimize our growing portfolio of products and marketing initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Interact with users via Intercom & Email to answer questions regarding Negotiations, Outages, and/or other Revenue based service
  • Work with the negotiations team to suggest and improve workflows, back end infrastructure and processes
  • Coach our away teams and insure they have resources needed to maintain efficiency and a high level of quality
  • Respond to chargebacks/disputes of payments made to Rocket Money, outside of the sphere of Operations (such as Premium, Pay Advances, etc.)
  • Maintain and update documentation related to general Operations in Notion or Slack
  • Disseminate new processes to away team and insure they are compliant with active procedures
  • Oversee specific queues (Flagged For Review, Call Control, Bills ready to negotiate, etc) and provide feedback & coaching to team leaders based on their content
  • Review analytics daily and weekly to construct plans to further increase efficiency & development
  • Partner with the support team to craft new ideas to best support our users

Clerk – Remote:

Compensation: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
  • Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
  • Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
  • Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff.

Vehicle Researcher Remote:

Compensation: $18 an hour

The Auto Appraiser assists in the vehicle insurance claim settlement process. The goal is to provide our insurance adjusters with a third party unbiased fair market value for a vehicle that has been deemed a potential total loss.  We use resources, such as the Kelly Blue Book, NADA to do research on the loss vehicle. 

Reports are completed by finding comparable vehicles for sale that match the loss vehicle as closely as possible, then making monetary adjustments to the advertised value based on options, equipment, model years, and other configurations differences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Researches comparable values on vehicles, parts and equipment through online research and outbound phone calls to experts in the appropriate industry.
  • Provides fair market valuation reports per each customer’s specified parameters using specified resources and procedures.
  • Maintains specified level of technical expertise of systems and industry in accordance with departmental requirements.

Part-time Operations Assistant, Administrative:

Compensation: $21.92/hr.-$27.40/hr.

Support the Director and Associate Director at the Center for Program Design & Evaluation (CPDE) based at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice (TDI) in monthly financial tracking and billing of the Center’s contracts and research projects. Coordinate with other TDI operations and finance team members to identify and design solutions to increase efficiencies in managing CPDE’s budget, billing, and administrative operations and to support CPDE’s mission and strategic priorities.

Product Support Specialist, East Coast:

Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000

Duties:

  • Take ownership of reported customer issues, utilizing Zendesk ticketing system and internal tools to triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and effectively communicate solutions to clients via email, screenshot, screen share, etc.;
  • Collaborate internally with Product Support and Customer Success peers, utilizing dedicated Slack channels and internal tools to collectively resolve technical inquiries;
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (R&D, Product Support Management, Accounting Success Management, Professional Services, Expert Services, Account Management, etc.);
  • Lead or assist with special client projects alongside Customer Success peers like Accounting Success Management, Expert Services, Integration Support, etc.;

Technical Support Representative, PreSonus:

Compensation: $15.97/hr – $23.95/hr. 

We are searching for a Technical Support Representative for the U.S.-based PreSonus teamworking remotely.  This job is to assist our customers with digital audio products including interfaces, mixers, speakers, and software. The job requires troubleshooting personal and networked computers for drivers, DAW software, and hardware connections. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with technical support issues via a ticketing system
  • Be an active participant in our collaborative and sharing team environment which is structured to maximize service to the customer
  • Stay current on the practice of audio recording and technology
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of online FAQ and Knowledge Base articles
  • Provide Technical Support via email, remote access or phone as necessary
  • Troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Troubleshooting computer hardware
  • Provide Tech Support for USB, Thunderbolt, and Firewire connections
  • Troubleshoot web browser and account-related issues
  • Identifying bugs when presented by customers and then logging details of the concern with our QA department

Transcriber (Bilingual – Spanish/English) – Temporary:

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Transcribe portions of member responses to IVR calls using proprietary tools in accordance with HIPAA and company standards. Bilingual candidates are required for this opening.
This is a remote role so the candidate can live anywhere in the US. Initial hours will be 8-4:30 pm for the first week or two to ensure equipment works/training is completed. Once training is completed the hours are flexible as long as candidates maintain a 40 hour work week. This role will start as temporary but will be re-evaluated and could potentially go full-time in the future.

Duties:

  • Transcribe portions of insurance plan member responses to IVR (Interactive Voice Response) calls including but not limited to: satisfaction survey responses, medical conditions, prescription drug names, and member centric information.
  • Transcribe recorded audio from phone-based interactions using proprietary transcription tools in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
  • Complete strategic transcription/marking projects as requested.
  • Report member Do Not Call requests to Transcription Manager.
  • Escalate member reports of Adverse Events to the appropriate Project Manager/Sales Consultant as necessary.
  • Escalate negative comments to the appropriate Project Manager/Sales Consultant as necessary.

Yield Support Specialist:

Compensation: $17.50 per hour to $18.00 

As a Yield Support Specialist this role is under direct supervision of the assigned Team Lead. This position will work with the team and department to ensure vendor compliance with quality standards and/or regulatory requirements established by the Government and/or by the client organization to achieve the highest level of integrity at Cotiviti.

This role will act as a point of contact for the business unit in facilitating responses to general inquiries and data requests from both internal and external customers for basic level assigned work.

  • Perform a variety of support and general administrative assignments in support of the audit or auditors, including filing, data entry, tracking and correspondence following established standards and work processes.
  • Obtains data files and/or generates reports for audits by identifying appropriate file parameters extracting data from downloaded and/or imported data files as requested by auditor. May be required to review client systems and update Cotiviti systems accordingly.
  • Serves as a point of contact and facilitate responses to general inquiries and data requests from both internal and external customers. As requested, or required, communicates directly with the client or providers following established processes and procedures.
  • Provides proofing support on claims submittals to double check totals, verbiage, calculations, or general accuracy prior to client submission.
  • Maintains productivity goals and standards set by the department.
  • Ensure all department rules and processes are followed. Alerts manager of system issues or other issues impacting productivity.
  • Achieves the expected level of quality set by the department. Verifies completeness and accuracy of work. Alerts manager of issues or concerns impacting quality of work.

Dispatch Coordinator:

Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour

As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will be a core member of the Ride Health Fleet team. Your primary responsibilities will be importing trips, utilizing route optimization software to build initial schedules, review uncovered trips and utilize creative thinking abilities to modify schedules or trips as needed, live monitoring of drivers to ensure on time performance and making urgent schedule changes as needed, and much more. Success in this position will require exceptional communication skills, attention to details, as well as creative problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Import data into our trip management software via electronic API connection or via importing .csv documents
  • Arrange transportation for clients by managing assigned runs and special assignments.
  • Monitor traffic, on time performance ,and avoid delays.
  • Provide feedback and information immediately to the ride success team and management regarding issues with route or passengers
  • Utilize trip management software alongside our internal platform effectively and ensure accuracy.
  • Observe all state and federal mandatory safety regulations and Ride Health specific policies.
  • Report all citations and incidents, and complete all required forms in a timely manner
  • React professionally at all times, especially in emergency situations
  • Attend and participate in all department meetings and training.
  • Maintain punctual and regular attendance
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of information regarding all passengers.
  • Perform responsibilities in an ethical and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
