Shipper Claims & Loss Prevention Processor:

We are seeking a detailed, organized, and analytical individual to investigate and process incoming claims from our shipper partners. The individual in this role should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in recording claims findings and financial results. The Claims & Loss Prevention Processor will also handle inbound and outbound messages to Pandion shipper partners and should seek to create a positive claims experience for our shippers.  

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

  • Investigating package claims and determining claim payment amounts 
  • Recording and maintaining claims information in Excel 
  • Communicating claims outcomes to internal and external partners 
  • Assist in maintaining claim forms and processes 
  • Maintaining records of business activity 
  • Performing claims data entry 
  • Assisting with special claims projects 

ID Theft & FCRA Dispute Specialist:

Compensation: $22.74 – $30.34 – $33.37 per hour

Responsible for claims and disputes intake, review, and/or disposition of potentially suspicious transactions, events, or scenarios involving various levels of exposure. Placements may include specialized areas of focus, including but not limited to case/claims processing, claims, disputes and risk-based actions, investigative research, secondary review, customer service/advocacy, or process and work coordination (team lead).

Works with various forms of technology, including transactions processing systems, risk management platforms, case management applications, and research or analytical tools.

Support Agent:

This is a temporary position. Typical Schedule Options: Sunday – Thursday (within 5a-8p PT) Monday – Friday (within 5a-8p PT) Tuesday – Saturday (within 5a-8p PT)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: 

Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. Provide guidance and assistance to clients using our platform, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as the product, engineering, and lab teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operations support activities.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our health tech solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolutions.

Product Knowledge: 

Maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare technology products and services. Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

Documentation:

Create and update support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles, to empower customers to find answers to common questions independently.

Member Success Associate III:

Compensation: $22.83 – $25.00 USD per hour

Digital Asset Management Librarian:

Compensation: $55k to $65k.

The DAM Librarian is responsible for maintaining order and operation of the Everyday Health DAM Library and assisting the DAM Lead with improving upon and building new processes in relation to asset development and monitoring. Additionally, serves as a resource for all stakeholders within our internal and/or external, cross-functional partners.

  • Act as SME on the Digital Asset Library
  • Drive established Asset Management practices and methodology for the Custom Product Marketing team
  • Assess asset organization and naming at campaign level prior to development
  • Initiate asset development within our systems and processes
  • Ensure successful data transfers between multiple systems and software tools
  • Participate in evaluating and executing QA roadmaps and strategies
  • Work with cross functional teams to iterate, develop, implement and adopt asset management practices and expectations
  • Collaborate with DAM Lead to innovate, develop, implement and improve asset management capabilities, approaches and services.
  • Monitor the success of Asset Management and Cataloging
  • Support the QA Coordinators holistic QA efforts as needed
