Care Support Representative

Compensation:  $20.00-$22.00

As a Care Support Coordinator at Maven, you will: 

  • Be a first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to our members and providers primarily through email and in-app messaging via Zendesk
  • Share information about Maven with our members – everything from product functionality to the range of our provider services and beyond
  • Provide personalized appointment booking support
  • Provide first-line technical support and escalate technical issues as appropriate
  • Collaborate with your teammates to provide the best possible solutions for Maven members and providers, within target response times and with high member satisfaction
  • Keep clear and thorough documentation of your work
  • Collaborate as a team with the Care Advocates at Maven who are responsible for member case management 
  • Relay member insights to management to improve product development, team processes, and workflows
  • Other duties as assigned

Fraud Specialist I:

Tasked with everything from auditing purchases to verifying credit card information, you will be part of a group dedicated to protecting our customers as well as the integrity of our platforms. In this vital role, you will use best-in-class technology alongside our own proprietary analytical models to ensure superior fraud prevention.

In this role you will:

  • Review all orders utilizing fraud tools on a daily basis in a timely manner to identify valid and fraudulent transactions while adhering to department and company service level agreements
  • Maintain or exceed minimum review volume expectations with minimal errors, complaints, fraud alerts and chargebacks
  • Review and study various notifications and escalations to identify fraudulent transactions
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to tickets sent via email to ensure that customers are getting the best service especially when being asked for verification, etc
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of any and all restrictions placed or refunds processed
  • Work closely with other members of the team to continuously improve internal processes whenever necessary
  • Reporting activity and fraud trends 

Processing & Policyholder Services Support Associate III:

Compensation: $40,260.00 – $60,390.00

Under minimal guidance, ensure the accuracy and integrity of the claim repricing files and repricing programs and ensure timely and accurate resolution of claim situations and disputes.  This person will continually strive to provide superior products and customer service and will proactively look at new and different ways of approaching work. 

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Prepare, create, verify and distribute dental network data to each leasing client as indicated in the Leasing client agreement.
  • Run the Network Leasing repricing program daily. Investigate and correct errors.
  • Run daily network automations to refresh DentalGuard Preferred Select Network data, including retrieving alternate payees, administrative dentists and fee data according to workflows.
  • Investigate and accurately resolve DentalGuard Preferred Select Network claim disputes, complaints and inquiries usually received via email or by phone.   
  • Assist in the completion of Requests for Proposals, Network Claim Pricing Proposals for potential

leasing clients.

  • Participate in projects as needed related to our DentalGuard Preferred and DentalGuard Preferred Select dentists.

Care Advocate:

Compensation:  $24.00-$26.00

As a Care Advocate at Maven, you will…

  • Deliver amazing service to our providers and patients, primarily via email/messaging, following Maven procedures and guidelines 
  • Conduct video appointments with members to support their goals with navigation and coaching
  • Provide ongoing case management in accordance with the Maven outreach schedule
  • Answer user questions about our product and provide personalized online appointment booking support
  • Triage urgent care requests
  • Strategize creative solutions to help solve member needs
  • Relay member insights to support product development
  • Take on short-term research projects as needed
  • Provide other duties as assigned

Associate Care Navigator:

A medical services organization in California is currently seeking a new Associate Care Navigator to join their growing team Care Navigation team in a Remote capacity.

The Associate Care Navigator (Remote) will be responsible for:

  • Engage with members via Zendesk support tickets, zoom calls, SMS, reimbursement processing, and other business channels as needed.
  • Contribute to product development based on the insights gathered from member interactions
  • Help deliver insights from member interactions back to colleagues on the Product team.
  • Support the Customer Success team to help provide members and clients with a positive launch experience
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Essay Editor:

We are looking for experienced essay editors to edit college admissions essays throughout the admissions process.

Many of our students apply for top 50 colleges, including UCs and Ivy League schools. We particularly have many aspiring pre-med students (BS/MD programs) and computer science students. Our students are looking for editors to provide detailed, constructive feedback to help them differentiate themselves from other competitive applicants through their voice in their essays.

The busy season for this role is between August and January of each year, with November, December, and January being busiest. 

Requirements:

  • Writing background in academics and various other venues, e.g. magazines, journals, newspapers, blogs
  • Editors with college admissions experience or college admissions counseling experience
  • Exemplar editors
  • English/Communications/Journalism majors preferred
  • Graduate from a top 50 university in the U.S. preferred

Meeting Moderator:

Compensation: $15 per hour

In this role, you will preside over meetings and discussions, while overseeing the communication activity. You will also monitor the exchange between participants and move discussions from one topic to another to keep the conversation organized. 

A successful candidate will be self-driven, dependable, and a team player—someone who has initiative but isn’t afraid to ask questions!

Responsibilities

  • Host weekly meetings for teams to track their KPI metrics, to-dos, and quarterly priorities
  • Keep the discussion on track and focused on the topic- The agenda will drive the discussions
  • Identify, Discuss, and Solve- A problem resolution method to understand the root of problems, discuss the problems, and then identify specific action items that individual team members can take to resolve the problems
  • Create a warm and friendly atmosphere so members feel free to express themselves
