Cashiering Specialist:

Compensation: $14.25 – $17.00 hourly

Review daily incoming wires, automated clearing house (ACH), and bank reports; research and apply funds. Handle outgoing checks, wires, and electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile payments to internal systems, banks, and Accounting.
  • Assist in resolving items that are returned or unmatched.
  • Process cash functions and report/monitor incoming wires.
  • Maintain reports for Audit.

Transcriber:

This is a WORK FROM HOME position. No transcription experience is necessary, but is preferred. Timeliness is a must, as are excellent English language skills. Please apply only if you can transcribe at least 3 hours of audio per week.Audio, notes and a format will be provided to you by FTP. You will be required to transcribe them accurately and in a timely fashion and in accordance with the provided format and then send us the completed verbatim transcript.REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview

Processes, pays claims, and provides assistance to internal customers on vehicle maintenance products, particularly tire and wheel.

Schedule is flexible: M-F 7:00 am -9:00 am start time and work an 8 hour shift. Must be willing to assit with escalations every other Saturday and have ability to work once every other month a late shift from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. Also must come to the corporate office once per quarter for training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Examines process, calculates and pays claims       
  • Completes appropriate documentation and reports ensuring accuracy
  • Comply with state tax laws in applying applicable tax information pertaining to the tire and wheel product
  • Assists claims adjusters, clients, and customers with problems and/or questions regarding their claims status
  • Enters tire and wheel claims into CMS and/or Great Plains system
  • Verifies codes and applicable data
  • Prepares and print payment of claims and verifies payment have been made
  • Opens and process mail
  • Complies and prepares statistical tire and wheel claims data and reports

Virtual Transcriptionist – National:

Must live in AL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, ND, NH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI, WY

Reporting to Client Service Management, the Virtual Transcriptionist (Transcriptionist) accesses recordings of patient encounters and ensures accurate and timely documentation of the medical record into our customer’s electronic medical record system. The Transcriptionist performs other related medical record or clerical duties to increase provider effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.

Duties:

  • Accesses recordings submitted by providers and transcribes them directly into the customer’s EMR
  • Translate layman’s terms into medical terminology for purpose of completing medical documentation
  • Responsible and accountable for the accuracy of the medical documentation produced 
  • Ensures medical record compliance by including the approved attestation to include: transcriptionist name, title and doctor working for as well as specific date and time entry
  • At the direction of the physician, updates all components of the patient’s medical record including subjective and objective information, physical exam, assessment and plan, and any other pertinent clinical information necessary to complete the medical record
  • Preparing and sending all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures
  • Compliance with hospital and ProScribe policies, including those relating to HIPAA and security 
  • Regular and reliable attendance as required 
  • Produce timely and efficient documentation and perform only work-related functions while contributing to the company’s time.
  • Perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned

Lactation Consultant (IBCLC):

We are hiring a skilled lactation provider who is eager to improve access to high quality care for perinatal patients and infants with a particular focus on reducing disparities. 

In this remote role, you will work closely with members of the interdisciplinary clinical team to engage perinatal patients and provide quality care at the right time. Lactation care may be provided via text, phone, or video calls.

You will report to the Director of Perinatal Nutrition Programs and collaborate to develop patient-facing content, improve care workflows, update best practice protocols, and facilitate connections and collaborations with in-person care providers. You will also work cross-functionally with the clinical operations, product, tech, and business teams to innovate and build our tech-enabled program. 

In this remote role, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one virtual lactation care via text, app messaging, phone and video calls.  
  • Teach group classes and facilitate support groups.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to build Pomelo with members of the clinical team as well as those on the Pomelo Care clinical operations, product, tech, and business teams.
  • Assist with the development and testing of patient engagement strategies
  • Develop creative patient-facing content, guideline-based clinical protocols and efficient workflows.
