Call Monitor:

Position Overview:

The Call Monitor works with the Inside Loan Agent Division and assists by monitoring and analyzing calls and call data. The primary function of this position is to listen to calls and evaluate the quality of the call. By both using call monitoring software and Excel, the Call Monitor will provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement. A successful Call Monitor will effectively prioritize work load and practice exceptional attention to detail.

Duties:

  • Review calls for adherence to established rules, guidelines and acceptability.
  • Provide feedback on areas of improvement to Sales Managers, Managers and Team Leads.
  • Respond to Management requests for specific calls, call data or reports.
  • Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the call evaluation.
  • Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
  • Must be available to work shifts between 5am to 7pm, including weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Consumer Reporting Specialist II:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and resolving disputes received from borrowers, clients or any other stakeholder
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquires and complaints
• Document accurately your research and decisions made in resolving the disputes
• Follow escalation protocols for repeat disputes
• Handle miscellaneous administrative functions
• Perform duties to department targets and goals with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Assist team members across the Consumer Reporting Team in order to reduce additional workload
• All other duties as assigned

Executive Assistant:

Compensation: $55k to $75k

Primary responsibilities include directly supporting an Executive with planning/scheduling meetings, conferences, expense reports, travel requests, as well as contributing to other team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and be able to work in a demanding, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports by collecting information and analyzing data.
  • Requesting invoices and paying vendors, managing sponsorships
  • Copywriting– ensuring all materials are in line with brand standards.
  • Assist with budgeting and planning for events.
  • Manage Teams and Zoom internal and external events.
  • Maintain management email distro lists for the initiatives.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
