Communications Analyst:

Compensation: $15.00 per hour and $15.50 per hour for bi-lingual

This position is a 100% REMOTE opportunity and Employee Referral eligible.

Essential Duties:

  • Review calls from a correctional agency and meet targeted call minute requirements with the ability to recognize key words, phrases, cryptic messages, slang/gang terms and other hidden messages and disseminate.
  • Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and escalate intelligence regarding victims, and persons suspected of violating statutes, policies and/or procedures, or program requirements administered by the assigned agency.
  • Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and respective intelligence regarding improper or unlawful activities including but not limited to; resulting in the diversion of controlled drugs, assault or any other bodily harm (physical or sexual), weapons location, cell phone location, escape, and suicide.
  • Immediate notification to Investigations Manager and/or Other Guarded Exchange senior staff to include but not limited to eminent danger, child abuse, elderly Abuse, kidnapping, staff involvement with offenders, staff misconduct, and any staff sexual contact.
  • Listens to or reads through material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning.
  • Proofread translated material for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy and return it in the required format.
  • Performs other related work as assigned.

Sales Effectiveness Assistant:

Note: This entry-level role is designed to provide opportunities for growth and skill development within the organization. The duties and qualifications listed reflect an introductory level of responsibility and expertise.

Duties:

  1. Monitor, Review, and Provide Feedback on Recorded Sales Calls:
    • Regularly review recorded sales calls to evaluate agent performance, adherence to call scripts, and customer interactions.
    • Assess calls based on established criteria and performance indicators to measure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
    • Offer constructive feedback and coaching to agents to improve their sales techniques, communication skills, and customer engagement.
  2. Assist in Developing, Enhancing, and Testing Call Score Cards and Review Functionality:
    • Collaborate with teams to assist in designing and refining call score cards that address training needs and trends.
    • Participate in evaluating the feasibility of integrating call review functionality into systems for streamlined evaluation processes.
    • Analyze call monitoring data to contribute insights for improving call score card components and evaluation criteria.
  3. Support in Creating and Maintaining Recorded Call Library:
    • Assist in curating and organizing a comprehensive recorded call library showcasing various sales scenarios and best practices.
    • Help categorize and tag call recordings for easy access and retrieval for training purposes.
  4. Participate in Training and Best Practices Sharing:
    • Utilize call library resources to support the development of training modules focused on agent sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Collaborate with training teams to incorporate call recordings into coaching sessions and ongoing skill development.
