Virtual Assistant:

Duties:

  • coordinate appointments with our clients and prospects via google calendar
  • tasks involving booking travel and hotels and coordinating with staff from the hotels
  • organizing documents in google drive
  • creating google spreadsheets
  • quick communication in slack and asana
  • we need someone to work US hours and follow up with people via email so we need flawless written and verbal English
  • must have reliable Internet at home
  • must know how to do password sharing using password sharing software tools

Customer Support Associate

Compensation: $18-$25 per hour 

What you’ll do:

  • Approach user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and make sure that their concerns are being fully heard
  • Gather information from users in order to efficiently reach solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments
  • Create a lasting impression on every user through transparent, open, and honest communication
  • Assist with account & payment reviews in order to ensure users are appropriately using Underdog as it was intended to be used
  • Show up everyday with a positive attitude and excited to help the team collectively reach its goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via email, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions
  • Expertly resolve Pick’em and Draft-related inquiries with precision and efficiency
  • Offer comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users
  • Assist in facilitating a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of the app

Social Community Manager:

Compensation: $60,000 – $64,000

The Social Community Manager supports the Community Management workstream, which manages our Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram channels. In this role, you will conduct channel monitoring, post scheduling, fan engagement, and technical triage.

The ideal candidate?has impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and?the desire?to?accomplish daily tasks?in a timely manner?with strong focus and follow-through. 

Would you like to…

  • Monitor Cloud Marketing social channels on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for comments and questions
  • Own and implement community management across Cloud Marketing workstreams, such as events and announcements, blog, editorial calendar, and global engagement programs
  • Track incoming and outgoing technical user questions and answers in Sprinklr social management tool; provide monthly triage reports
  • Work with Microsoft stakeholders to close customer support cases each month
  • Engage with Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram audience to build relationships with users and strengthen social communities
  • Identify fans, super users, and potential advocates to increase reach and augment engagement
  • Participate virtually in social community events, such as Microsoft Build and Microsoft Ignite, to engage with audience and assist users
  • Identify service interruptions and trending current events and ensure all content is halted when appropriate
  • Help drive community engagement projects and initiatives
