Care Support Representative

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour. 

We support Maven members 24/7/365.

We are currently looking for Care Support Representatives who can work either of the following shifts:

3:00pm to 11:30pm EST, Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday, Monday off)

11:00pm to 7:30am EST, Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday, Monday off)

As a Care Support Coordinator at Maven, you will: 

  • Be a first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to our members and providers primarily through email and in-app messaging via Zendesk
  • Share information about Maven with our members – everything from product functionality to the range of our provider services and beyond
  • Provide personalized appointment booking support
  • Provide first-line technical support and escalate technical issues as appropriate
  • Collaborate with your teammates to provide the best possible solutions for Maven members and providers, within target response times and with high member satisfaction
  • Keep clear and thorough documentation of your work
  • Collaborate as a team with the Care Advocates at Maven who are responsible for member case management 
  • Relay member insights to management to improve product development, team processes, and workflows
  • Other duties as assigned

HOUSEHOLD UNDERWRITING ASSISTANT

Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000

Job Summary:

Supports the Underwriting team in reviewing quotes, new business submissions, endorsements and renewal policies for eligibility.  Executes on the instructions of an underwriter to obtain additional information or take specific actions on a given risk. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs pre-underwriting reviews of new and renewal business to determine completeness
  • Documents observations made during pre-reviews of files to assist underwriters
  • Declines submissions which are significantly outside of underwriting guidelines  
  • Amends or updates quotes based on instructions of underwriters  
  • Completes renewal pre-reviews and may approve renewal referrals within authority  
  • Reviews inspection reports and determines if additional underwriting review is required as well
  • Produces written correspondence to be sent to agents and customers for compliance purposes 
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Legal Administrative Assistant:

Compensation: $43,900 to $77,200

Sat-Tues, 1:30p to Midnight (Stays on Pacific Time) (Four 10s)

We are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support time sensitive project requests by working with a team across multiple shifts. Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using a variety of legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applications
  • Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats
  • Create charts, graphs, tables and spreadsheets as requested
  • Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents
  • Perform data entry utilizing various software applications
  • Transcribe analog or digital dictation files
  • Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary
  • Provide telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queries
  • Complete all assigned jobs by deadline in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Follow established policies and procedures at all times
  • Perform additional duties as necessary or assigned

Customer Service/Email Agent:

Compensation: $17 per hour

Success Looks Like:

  • Comprehending and empathizing with customer comments, concerns, and complaints;
  • Composing email responses that are grammatically correct, clear, concise, and reflective of Mercatalyst’s community tone and style;
  • Responding when appropriate with warmth, wit, and humor as a real person instead of a corporate drone;
  • Following Mercatalyst’s policies when deciding on solutions for customers;
  • Collaborating with other departments (warehouse operations, merchandising, sourcing, etc.) to communicate issues and coordinate responses;
  • Working efficiently and quickly to maintain productivity and reasonable response times;
  • Tracking customer issues to help report on patterns and trends, and tagging cases for metric tracking and future report building

Partner Support Coordinator

Compensation: Salary with a stipend that allows you to build your work from home office in a style and function that suits your personal preferences

About The Role:

The Partner Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of projects that support our Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing teams on a daily basis. You’ll be tasked with a wide range of projects – big and small, exciting and mundane – whatever it takes to make our product better and keep our partners happy. From processing data updates to answering partner inquiries to conducting research, the Partner Support Coordinator plays a critical role both internally and externally.
