
Seasonal Part-time Customer Care Associate – Nights/Weekends -Remote
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Quickly and efficiently answer customers via email, text, and live chat
- Listen empathetically to customer feedback and use it to improve our site and processes where possible
- Act as the eyes and ears of the website – in the words of the MTA, “If you see something, say something!” You’ll troubleshoot user experiences on BaubleBar.com and be the first to flag customer-facing issues on our site
- Work collaboratively with our Operations, Marketing, and Sourcing teams to solve broader site, inventory, and processing issues
- Provide 30 hours per week of Customer support from 6:00 pm- 12:00 am EST (6 hour shifts) during the evening and rotating weekend hours after the initial training period
- This role will be remote
- You will be required to work overnight, evenings, and weekends, and at least four (4) shifts during peak between 11/23 – 11/28
- Temporary role will last approximately 12-18 weeks. Multiple training classes with varying start dates throughout mid-September – mid-October
Compensation: $24.00-$26.00
Maven is looking for full-time Care Advocates to join our team to support our existing patients and practitioners, and the expansion of clients in coming months. Our Care Advocacy team is the voice of Maven, helping both providers and patients navigate digital care. As a Care Advocate, you love helping people in their times of need!
This is an entry level position on the Care advocacy team that will be focused on mastering the Maven product and the core responsibilities of the role with supervision and support.
The Care Advocate class of October 2023 will begin on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Each Care Advocate has a set schedule and must feel comfortable committing to it.
We support Maven members 24/7/365. We are currently hiring for the following shifts: 3pm-11:30pm EST, Tuesday-Saturday OR 3pm-11:30pm, Sunday-Thursday OR 7am-3:30pm EST, Sunday-Thursday, OR 7am-3:30pm EST, Tuesday-Saturday
As a Care Advocate at Maven, you will…
- Deliver amazing service to our providers and patients, primarily via email/messaging, following Maven procedures and guidelines
- Conduct video appointments with members to support their goals with navigation and coaching
- Provide ongoing case management in accordance with the Maven outreach schedule
- Answer user questions about our product and provide personalized online appointment booking support
- Triage urgent care requests
- Strategize creative solutions to help solve member needs
- Relay member insights to support product development
- Take on short-term research projects as needed
- Provide other duties as assigned

Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative – Remote – Accredo:
Follows standard operating procedures to edit, bill, and collect payment on basic outstanding claims in pursuit of reducing the company’s accounts receivable. Requires basic knowledge of the billing and collection processes and general supervision for routine work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepares and reviews claims to ensure billing accuracy.
- Pursues collection activities to obtain reimbursement from payers and/or patients.
- Frequent follow up with payers and/or patients on outstanding accounts.
- Escalates delinquent and/or complex claims to Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action.
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour & Equipment provided
A Skip Tracer is responsible for locating a customer’s whereabouts and assets. Here at Proof we are looking for a skip tracer to assist our investigations team with ongoing skip tracing. We are looking for someone with knowledge and expertise when it comes to online investigations and finding information online. We are looking for someone with an investigative mindset and an analytical brain.
What You’ll Do:
-Promote the company’s vision and Mission
-Locate customers using basic and advanced skip tracing tools
-Identify assets for garnishment and/or execution
-Communicate with third parties for the purpose of acquiring customers’ location information
-Search private databases, public records, and the world wide web
-Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
-Comply with all office policies and procedures
-Assist with the management of daily operational activities
