
What You Get to Do:
As part of a dynamic and engaging team, the Chat Advocate is responsible for communicating with customers via live chat and answering questions pertaining to the loan application process. Your day will consist of responding to general questions, assisting with troubleshooting the bank verification step, uploading emailed documents, and/or requesting additional documents as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business through excellent customer service at every step of the application process

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage an inbox of incoming and outgoing messages with patients to collect information needed prior to virtual healthcare visits

Customer Success Support Associate:
The responsibilities in this position require this person to be a core contributor of the Customer Success management team. The primary focus will be providing customer support through inbound inquiries via email and the Murj platform chat feature between 8AM to 5PM CST or PST (depending on candidate location), or occasionally before 8AM CST to support Eastern Time hours.
Daily activities may include:

About the Role:

In this role, you will be the backbone to the executives you are supporting, communicating with candidates and employees, managing schedules, and maintaining confidentiality. As a Claims Adjuster on our Customer Team, you will own the assessment and settlement of claims within their own settlement authority.
As the Claims Adjuster, you will review and assess customers’ claims through our owned XClaim platform, for a fast resolution and prompt payment. Regular collaboration with the Support team, as well as the Content and Complaints team, will be key in ensuring that agreed SLAs and NPS are achieved.
