Customer Support Hero:

Compensation: The hourly range for this role is $22.00 – $34.00.

This is a full-time remote position with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday. We’re looking for someone who can either work early morning European hours (7 a.m. GMT), early morning EST (7 a.m. EST), or late night PST (starting at 2 p.m. PST).

  • Communicate with customers through email and social media
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, while responding promptly and managing a large volume of conversations
  • Acknowledge, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Be a voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with team members to identify customer pain points and identify solutions  

Customer Support Specialist:

This role is based out of NYC, but is still remote.

Data Entry Specialist:

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry: Accurately enter and update various types of data into our database systems, including alphanumeric, numeric, and text-based information.
  2. Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
  3. Data Organization: Organize and categorize data according to predefined guidelines. Ensure data is properly formatted for easy retrieval and analysis.
  4. Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
  5. Data Validation: Cross-check data with source documents and other references to validate accuracy.
  6. Data Cleaning: Identify and resolve any duplicate or outdated records. Cleanse data to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant.
  7. Data Entry Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet data entry targets and deadlines. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  8. Data Reporting: Prepare basic data reports as requested. Summarize and present data findings in a clear and organized manner.
  9. Document Management: File and organize electronic and physical documents as needed.
  10. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest potential enhancements.

Scout Search Quality Rater:

In this position, you will be able to set your own schedule to accomplish the weekly goals. However, you’ll only be able to receive support from the project management team during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific)

You must not have current or previous experience with “Ads quality rating”

Welocalize is seeking Englishspeakers to help support our client’s project as a Search Quality Rater.

In this position, you will use your unique gifts of understanding people’s intentions to improve the online search engine experience. Our main goal for this project is to develop and augment AI data. To put it more plainly, you will provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions.

You will complete tasks in American English.
