
988 Chat & Text Counselor – Remote:
This role is a fully-remote. Schedule will vary with multiple shifts available. Part time & full time applicants encouraged to apply. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential.
Chat/Text Counselors will be responsible for utilizing Crisis Chat and Text services to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers. The position will be fully remote, with the option to work on-site. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance for this role.
Primary Duties:
- Offers crisis-counseling services via chat and text
- Completes risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with Chat/Text visitors.
- Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect.
- Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to visitors as appropriate.
- Maintains accurate and detailed chat/text reports. Documentation must be completed in real time.
- Completes 1.5 chats/texts per hour (on average).
- Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center program.
- Assists in the training process of new counselors.
- Participates in community outreach events such as resources tables and presentation about suicide prevention as needed.
- Attends routinely scheduled meetings for the Suicide Prevention Center.
Seasonal Customer Experience Coordinator:
Compensation: $17 an hour
The Day-to-Day:
-Manage a daily combination of direct email and live chat correspondence with customers.
-Help customers with issues including website navigation, product questions, ordering and payment issues, package tracking, and more.
-Assist the AU team in various tasks to help ensure a flawless customer experience.
-Consistently provide timely, accurate, and kind responses to customers.
-Use your insider knowledge to proactively raise ways to improve our customer service, and work with the team to implement those improvements.
-Be available to work some weekend, night and holiday hours as needed .
Specific Responsibilities
- Reply to email tickets in a timely manner; resolve them with excellent attention to detail and professionalism
- Classify and report on tickets in order to provide actionable feedback to other departments including Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
- Participate in projects including, but not limited to:
- Internal and external documentation creation/organization
- Tool evaluations and selection
- Survey collection, analysis, and action plan
- Customer Experience planning and analysis
- Process evaluation, documentation, and planning
- Troubleshoot customer escalations by testing unexpected behavior in the Stensul platform; submit tickets to engineering, follow for updates, and communicate with developers and customers on the status
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to effectively communicate customer needs and expectations

The purpose of an Exceptions Specialist is to look into abnormalities that appear on our client’s bills. As a Utility Expert you will learn to decipher when meter reads and other information on the bills seems to be out of the ordinary.
As an Exceptions Specialist, you will:
-Research and resolve anomalies in utility provider bills.
-Communicate with utility providers and clients through email and on the phone.
-Determine the best course of action to resolve issues and contacting the necessary party.
-Detect inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
-Medium phone usage-outbound calls with providers and clients, 25-50% of your day.
The Customer Support team is responsible for supporting both the Renters that are applying through VERO, and the Managers that are reviewing and managing applications and leases in VERO. Most of our support is done through chat and email, but we also jump on the phone or a scheduled meeting with users if that is the preferred or most effective way to help resolve their issue.
What You’ll Do:
-Communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers through multiple channels
-Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
-Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how VERO works and what it is capable of
-Be the one responsible, along with the Support team, to ensure that all customers have a great experience with the product – a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible
-Work directly with product teams to identify current issues and, synthesizing the diverse feedback you hear from our customers, offer informed opinions on potential solutions

Compensation: $18.75 – $22.85 & You’ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2,000.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Process customer payments including checks, bank deposit preparation, ACH payments, Wires and Credit Card payments.
- Monitor and process requests from multiple fax and email inboxes.
- Complete address change requests for customers.
- Setup customers to view and pay their invoices online as requested.
- Assist with credit reference requests from industry vendors.
- Monitor the Credit Statements inbox and distribute emails to appropriate person.
- Process UPS claims, move and save UPS Claims into proper folder on the department share drive.
- Organize and distribute the daily web error report.
- Configure and distribute Flash Reports.
- Approve time off requests in NOVAtime and approve time sheets for the week.
- Process reports and metrics reported to supervisors: reason code report, call metrics, daily resale reports and attendance reports.
- Process Resale Sales Tax Credits.
- Approve Free Demands and submit account information to the collection agencies.
- Assist when needed in coverage for the Supervisor Coordinator.
- Write-off bad debt balances when free demands have expired.
Associate Time and Absence Administrator:
Compensation: $23.61/hr to $29.51/hr
Duties:
- Serve as the master timekeeper for the Company to ensure that employee timesheets are submitted accurately and timely.
- Assist department timekeepers with questions, including providing training on new payroll procedures and maintaining the timekeeper page on the Company’s intranet site.
- Escalate timesheet-related questions/issues to management, as appropriate.
- Reassign timesheet each week to appropriate manager to complete when employee is on approved leave.
- Assist with various absence management processes, such as entering employees on a leave of absence into the leave management system and inputting approved time off into individual employee timesheets each pay period.
- Create new schedules in the time entry system (Oracle) and adjust employee schedules in Oracle based on manager requests.
- Annually, ensure that vacation and sick time allocations are accurate, including vacation rollover hours (if applicable).
- Provide HR with employee time and absence information as needed.
- Train new hires on the time entry process in Oracle.
- Participate in special projects and other system enhancements..
Corporate Fleet Coordinator- Remote Opportunity:
Stantec is looking to fill the Corporate Fleet Coordinator (CFC) position with an individual who has demonstrated abilities to improve processes and increase efficiencies. The CFC will report directly to the Corporate Fleet Manager and work with internal and external resources to ensure that the company maintains its fleet of over 1700 ATV’s, boats, trailers, and vehicles.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal Stantec clients and Stantec fleet management vendor to order vehicles, review maintenance and repairs, add/delete insurance coverage, renew licensing and registration, monitor fuel usage, and dispose of vehicles coming out of service.
- Process invoices with our fleet management vendor and Stantec Fleet Contacts.
- Reconcile fleet inventory with Stantec’s fixed assets.
- Oversee vehicle mileage reporting in conjunction with finance and payroll.
- Monitor, organize, and address Fleet Management emails with the Fleet Management team.
