Workday Payroll Specialist – 100% Remote:
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist at our North American headquarters in downtown Chicago, IL. If you are someone that is detail and service oriented, analytical, a good communicator, and enjoys creating and documenting process and structure, this is a great opportunity for you. This position will report to the department Director.
- Process US bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls (EE input/changes, processing special payments, balance/reconcile gross pay etc.)
- Complete all Finance and HR reporting
- Maintain and audit timecards, extract hours, and enter historical edits in Kronos
- Process relocation payments with our relocation provider
- Responsible for wage requests and YTD reconciliations
- Process miscellaneous Payroll tasks: repayments, pay adjustment calculations, etc.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
People Operations Coordinator:
Compensation: $22.80 – $34.20 Hourly.
This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in Workday through system focused work including but not limited to; entering employee changes into Workday, auditing onboarding processes, and managing bulk transaction requests.
- Maintain the People Operations ticketing queue (prioritize, categorize, update status) and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Support HR transactional work related to hires, job changes, manager changes, re-organizations, compensation changes, etc.
- Manage tasks and approvals that require action in Workday.
- Initiate and audit steps throughout the onboarding process including offers, background checks, onboarding documents, etc.
- Provide Workday support for our annual routines (Annual Review, Peer Feedback, Mid-Year Promotions, ect).
- Apply the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information & employee and candidate records.
- Assist with administration of HR programs, policies, and processes to improve our overall employee experience.

Account Representative, Direct Mail:
The salary floor for this role is $45,000 + per year, commensurate with experience
Account Representative responsibilities on any given day are:
Facilitating across all departments to guarantee deadlines are met
Analyzing analytic and list acquisition data for new prospecting opportunities
Attending important client meetings
Contributing creatively with clients, writers, and artists to develop concepts
Coordinator, Registrar’s Office:
The salary range for this role is $55,000 – $71,500
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transcript and Enrollment Verification Management (80%)
- Process and fulfill transcript requests and enrollment verification letter requests daily with accuracy and timeliness
- Support daily with managing and maintaining several data systems (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, Student Information Systems [Rise, Anthology, Course Platform]) by ensuring data accuracy and timely data entry from multiple stakeholders
- Support each term with processing updates and conducting data audits for student information, including contact information, major changes, course-related updates by following set processes
- Assist with data entry, ad hoc projects, and tasks as needed in support of the Registrar’s team goals
Collaboration and Support (20%)
- Support and work effectively with other teams (e.g., Teaching Faculty, Operations, Student Financial Services, Financial Aid, Student Billing, and Technology) by following up with faculty/staff requests regarding transcripts, enrollment verification letters, and academic data on student records
- Assist the Manager of Student Records by providing timely ticketing support to students via communication platform HappyFox
- Provide excellent customer service to students and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the Registrar’s team
