Chat Advocate:

What You Get to Do:

As part of a dynamic and engaging team, the Chat Advocate is responsible for communicating with customers via live chat and answering questions pertaining to the loan application process. Your day will consist of responding to general questions, assisting with troubleshooting the bank verification step, uploading emailed documents, and/or requesting additional documents as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive business through excellent customer service at every step of the application process
-Build relationships via electronic communication
-Using provided resources to help navigate customers through the Instant Bank Verification process
-Review and evaluate customer’s financial documents and research financial history
-Collaborate with Underwriters and Loan Advocates to process loan applications in an expedited fashion
-Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
-Act as a subject matter expert regarding the application process
-Answer chats in a timely manner
-Work within multiple chats simultaneously
-Identify useful documents required for the application process

Remote Office Assistant:

This is a fully REMOTE role offering $15/hour.

The hours are Monday-Friday, approx 8 am-5 pm CST.

What You’ll Do:

-Prepare default letters & labels to send to customers
-Gather documentation needed for assignments
-Provide administrative support in whatever way needed (we’ll support you too)
-As an Office Assistant you will work with vendors to gather updates
-Update database notes

Social Support Agent (Remote):

Come work remotely in player support for our Gaming Client’s players through social media, via written communication only. With Arise Gaming, choose your hours seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to work the hours that best suit your life from the comfort of your home.

What to Expect:
-Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and follow-up with self-serve information (such as articles).
-You can understand and articulate the steps towards achieving problem resolution.
-Meet and exceed expectations as defined by the Client (First response time, response rate, App Review ratings, ticket handling time, tickets per hour, quality, and customer satisfaction scores).
-Support players in a friendly manner.
-Operate in the dynamic world of games, where new games are constantly being released and existing games are frequently updated. Not to mention the multitude of platforms that a supported, from consoles to mobile devices.

Customer Experience Associate:

The base salary hiring range for this position is $48,000-$52,000.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm ET role.

Cat Person is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to represent the brand, advocate for our customers, and deliver exceptional service via email, chat, SMS and social.

What you will accomplish:

-Handle a diverse and busy queue of contacts each day, toggling between chats, emails, and SMS with ease, while meeting output and performance expectations
-Handle social inbounds in Sprout, navigating Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter contacts, and discerning between the different needs of each channel
-Appropriately triage customer contacts based on severity and importance
-Master our order management system to effectively and efficiently maintain customer relationships
-Strategize ways to improve our service, streamline our processes, and better serve our customers
-Engage deeply with our product portfolio, spreading the love of Cat Person’s brand widely
-Identify customer trends in real-time and communicate these trends to the CX Manager
-Understand our brand philosophy on customer service and our goal to deliver effortless experiences
-Serve as a customer advocate, getting to know each customer and utilizing empathetic language to create a personalized and memorable experience with every interaction
-Work closely alongside the rest of the Cat Person team to ensure customer feedback is being shared and escalated for product improvements

Executive Assistant, CEO:

Compensation: $100k-$120k

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will act as the trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders and teams. This role will support the CEO to ensure that he is able to focus on priority work by leveraging your exceptional organization, communication, and administrative skills to triage and prioritize incoming requests.

Responsibilities:

-Extensive calendar management for the CEO across multiple time zones
-Acting as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders requiring time and or action from the CEO
-Proactively coordinating internal and external meetings inc. agenda preparation, venue and technology, documenting minutes, etc.
-Travel arrangements including but not limited to flight & hotel bookings, transfers, visa coordination, and other local requirements
-Preparation and/or distribution of internal communications on behalf of the VPs (including management of team distribution lists)
-Manage business expenses, personal invoices, bill payment and insurance reimbursements
-Maintain and update templates for agendas, meeting notes and internal memos
-Coordinate reservations, meal, and appointments whenever needed
-Complete day-to-day errands and situational requests
-Coordinate logistics required for personal events, appearances, or activities
-Assistance in preparing documents and presentations
-Act as a proxy for additional e-staff when other executive assistants are out of office
-Proactively strategize how CEO’s time is spent to ensure optimal productivity

Online Customer Service Representative:

Responsibilities:

-Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online platforms, including email, chat, social media, and our website.

-Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate and efficient solutions, striving to exceed customer expectations.

-Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information and guide customers in making informed decisions.

-Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, tracking, and returns, ensuring a smooth order process.

-Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our online platforms, applications, or products.

-Problem Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution while keeping customers informed of the progress.

-Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and other teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Entry Level Pharmacy Techs:

Pay: $16.00 PER HOUR – 6-month Temp to Hire

Training Overview: 4 weeks paid training – This is DISTANCE LEARNING – trainees will be interacting with instructors and peers via video and chat applications.

Position Overview:

  • Review criteria to determine if the request can be approved
  • Accurately enter Prior Authorization in claims system to ensure appropriate claims will adjudicate
  • Provide clinical outcome to the member and the member’s physician within client specific turnaround times
  • Research and respond to calls and emails
  • Perform outreach to pharmacies and physician’s offices to obtain all necessary information related to requests, including occasional member assistance

Remote Interim Sourcing Specialist:

Compensation: $25 – $30 hourly

From sourcing both passive and active candidates and building pipelines the Remote Interim Sourcing Specialist will manage a requisition load of about ten to fifteen positions across the nation.

Remote Interim Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:

-Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, university relations, and Boolean searches
-Work hand-in- hand with recruiters to build and maintain pipelines
-Strong proficiency in social media platforms and web-based recruitment tools
-Submit candidates through an applicant tracking system
-Track recruiting metrics such as call volume and pipeline of candidates
