Compensation: $18.00 / hour

What Will You Do?

-General data entry within departmental platforms such as ATS, payroll system, etc.
-Create new employee profiles within payroll system
-Transfer files into main document management system
-Support reporting and auditing
-Document and escalate high priority or time sensitive matters to the Lead HR Shared Services Representative
-Stay current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs
-Other duties as assigned

SPECIALIST-CARE OPERATIONS I:

(minimal phone duties)

The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.00 to $19.00.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
-Receives and processes paper, or electronic orders as well as bounce back orders.
-Processes orders in accordance with department standards
-Analyze orders to identify and troubleshoot item and/or pricing issues.
-Resolves order errors or omissions through communicating to sales partners or customers directly via phone and/or e-mail.
-Ensuring customer data is accurate and order is entered correctly.
-Exercises care within work environment to prevent injuries. Support and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
-Meets or exceeds department key performance measurements that include, service level, turnaround time, quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Legal Document Specialist:

(minimal phone duties)

We are currently seeking a Legal Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests by working with a team of individuals across multiple shifts and locations. Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using various legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

-Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applications
-Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats
-Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested
-Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents
-Perform data entry utilizing various software applications
-Transcribe analog or digital dictation files
-Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary
-Provide telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queries
-Complete all assigned jobs by the deadline in an accurate and timely manner

SEND Scheduler (100% remote):

Job Summary:

As a SEND Scheduler, you will be responsible for global scheduling of SEND deliverables using various tools in such a manner as to facilitate on- time delivery to our customers, tracking of special timing requirements for specific studies, managing intake of new studies, maintenance of ongoing studies, and removal of work for cancelled studies through communication with client services and client portfolio managers and electronic software.

In this role, key responsibilities may include:

-To maintain schedule for SEND delivery using tools such as Excel, internal scheduling applications, etc.
-Assign work to staff and communicate schedule to staff and management.
-Communicate changes in schedule to staff in a timely manner.
-Understand content of client contracts and study outlines to determine the work needed for SEND delivery.
-Work with client services and client portfolio managers to obtain needed information about SEND deliverables to ensure schedule is complete.
-Escalate capacity issues in a timely manner and assist in finding resolution.
-Assist manager and supervisors in daily running of team by maintaining the schedule.

We have an exciting entry level opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team.

A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Clerk:
-Maintain accuracy of our A/R ledgers and reconciliation of accounts
-Manage our customer data (names, addresses, etc.), validate and get approval for new accounts, and maintain our audit record of customer data changes and approvals
-Process our customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, including entry of invoices into accounting systems and maintain our files in a tidy and organized manner
-Efficiently resolve any problems prior to raising and issue of invoice
-Implement and comply with the Canonical credit control policy
-Maximize cash collection through the effective collection of debts and maintain records to track debt collection through to conclusion

Compensation: Up to $16.54 per hour
This position works under close supervision and follows specific procedures or detailed instructions. The Back Office – Data Entry Operator II works from various standardized source documents to process Discharges. Work is routine and repetitive.

This position requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed, and searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
  • Perform repetitive clerical steps such as document verification, manage inbound and outbound routine calls, and greeting guests.
  • Perform entry-level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to project and operations management, which may include identifying, anticipating, and meetings needs of all departments.
