Technical Support Specialist:

The Product (Technical) Support Specialist will need to quickly develop subject matter expertise in our product and services in order to help our customers get the best possible lead data and ensure their future success!

REMOTE Executive Assistant with Elite Virtual Assistants:

The pay rate starts at $18/hour with 1-2+ years of experience. We consider our team members for regular pay rate increases, every 6 months, between the range of $18-22/hour.

Responsibilities may include:

-Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.

-Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners.

-Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.

-Arrange events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events.

-Maintain an organized electronic filing system.

-Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

-Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Logistics Billing Specialist

This role will work closely with the Logistics Financial Analyst within Powin’s Logistics Department. The primary responsibility is the timely processing of all freight invoices; resolving rate discrepancies and assisting the Financial Analyst in collecting data for project specific forecasts and final project freight summaries.

Job Details:

-Responsible for auditing all freight invoices to ensure rates align with contracted/quoted rates
-Work with Logistics Coordinators to approve wait time; demurrage and any other accessorial charges are accurate
-Properly code all logistics invoices against correct project and activity codes
-Resolve errors on invoices and follow up with vendors on unresolved issues
-Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments of logistics vendors
-Maintain accurate database of all incoming and processed invoices
-Performs other duties as assigned

Cash Poster:

Compensation: starts at $18.00 per hour.

The Cash Poster is responsible for using reports, tools and other resources provided by Aveanna, for the accurate posting of cash receipts to the company’s accounts receivable records. This includes payment for all primary, secondary, tertiary or any other payer including guarantors. This is inclusive of payments received from commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and private accounts.

Essential Job Functions
• Posts cash receipts to appropriate claims.
• Follows established business rules when posting cash.
• Works with Patient Account Representatives to accurately post payments as required.
• Balances cash postings to EMR control totals.
• Keys denials as required.
• Understands and keys cash from all payer groups.
• Responsible for properly logging completed batches.
• Responsible for understanding and appropriately applying recoupments from payers.
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Understands and enforces SOX 404 controls.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Evaluates data, reports, feedback, observations and other information in determining priorities.

Executive Assistant:

***This position had a contract date to start in July, but the position has not been filled yet which mens this is an immediate hire

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 a year

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the SVP, Experience & Product Marketing and SVP, Extreme Alliances. This role will be working closely with other members of the senior leadership team and requires a strong ability to be organized and professional while playing a vital role in ensuring a high level of communication within the Product Organization.

Responsibilities

·        Providing direct administrative support to the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging and SVP, Extreme Alliances.

·        Maintaining calendar for the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging and SVP, Product, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparation of meeting materials and other related tasks.

·        Compose and/or prepare presentations, memorandums, correspondence, and reports by identifying required information, researching background information, and gathering it from appropriate sources throughout the business.

·        Coordination of travel arrangements, including preparation and submitting of expenses.

·        Plan events and large meetings, including appropriate layout of rooms, seating arrangements, dinner menus, invitations, etc.

·        Assisting the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging with day-to-day operations

·        Manage and triage the workflow of the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging; prioritize and delegate on behalf of the executive.

·        Additional ad hoc projects and requests as required.

Cash/Payment Poster – Healthcare:

Compensation: Pay range is $18 to $19.50 per hour

The Revenue Cycle Payment Poster responds timely to denied claims, pulling all required documents together and provider the payer with all information necessary to overturn the denied claim(s).

Core Job Duties:

  • Analyze EOB’s, balancing insurance and patient payments; and perform adjustments and credits as needed all within a clearly defined month-end close goal.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB’s) or Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
  • Read and understand all aspects of an EOB/ERA – One should be able to define and verbalize how the following terms pertain to the payment process: billed amount; allowed amount; deductibles; coinsurances; co-payments.
  • Ability to read and understand different EOB’s/ERA’s Meet interdepartmental posting goals.
  • Post all line item payments  and document all retractions / off sets, Posting Denials, and Rejections using ANSI Codes or other system transaction codes.
  • Works directly with AR Management in month-end closing and reconciliation – along with YE Audits.
  • Troubleshoots payment posting and balance issue with banking and EMR.
  • Meet monthly closing deadlines Demonstrate the ability to post in all systems.
  • Post all line item payments  and document all retractions / off sets, Posting Denials, and Rejections using ANSI Codes or other system transaction codes.

Senior Claims Specialist, Workers’ Compensation:

Compensation: $70,000—$100,000 USD

The Senior Claims Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring quality claim file management, that service level agreements are met, and regulatory requirements are satisfied while helping to create and provide an industry-leading customer claims experience.

This will be completed by working with internal and external partners to drive performance, identify trends, and report findings to internal Pie Leaders. While this Claims Specialist role does not currently involve active claim handling, this position may require claim handling activities as our program grows.
