
Customer Support Risk Associate:
Customer Support Risk Associates are responsible for receiving inquiries from live customers during their usage of Emburse products and providing the appropriate service to address those inquiries. Inquiries from customers may consist of questions related to product functionality, reports or the product not working as expected, and/or other topics related to access, configuration and usage.
Duties:
- Receive inbound and support cases via email, web form, live chat and/or internal escalation
- Receive support cases escalated for advanced or specialized product knowledge requirements
- Receive support cases escalated for service issues, customer sensitivity or urgency, independently or in collaboration with Customer Support Risk leadership and/or a Customer Success Manager
- Create, track, and update support tickets using software tools
- Address support cases within the set SLA as per the established standards for the role, functional area and/or business unit
- Provide clear and accurate communication with customers through various channels
- Perform testing, troubleshooting and analysis activities as required to address support cases
Salary: $20-$22/hr. (DOE)
Order Management Specialist Responsibilities:
- Monitor outbound orders and inbound returns for timely shipping and receiving.
- Escalate order issues and track until resolved.
- Prepare and submit shipping invoices ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare ad-hoc shipping/receiving reports.
- Collaborate with shipping vendors to ensure successful deliveries.
- Review delivery feedback and support process improvements.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for various aspects of accounts receivable and cash management. Reconcile accounts and assist with month end close. Review transactions for appropriate General Ledger allocation.
Duties:
- Process customer RMA’s.
- Process warranty returns and corresponding store credits.
- Write up check refund forms for management approval and then submit to Purchasing.
- Reconcile and correct sales exception reports where U.S. and Canadian customers or orders have invalid city, state and zip code combinations.
- Review the A/R Aging for past due balances, misapplied payments/credits and posting errors.
- Process miscellaneous credits and debits as issued by A/R Manager.
- Prepare the Allowance for Bad Debt schedule at month end.
Compensation: $48,800 – $97,200 salary plus bonus eligible
Your primary responsibilities include completing due diligence items along with preparing legally binding lease and finance documentation using Flex Financial standard documents for commercial clients in the Healthcare Industry. Also included is daily interaction with Stryker sales reps, internal Flex Financial team members and end user customers to ensure their needs and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities may include:
- Prepare, review, process and approve final lease and finance documentation to be commercially acceptable for sale
- Facilitate electronic signature requests
- Work with legal and funding sources to negotiate and approve all customer requested amendments or addendums to lease and finance documentation. In collaboration with legal, this position is responsible for mitigating documentation risk while at the same time providing solutions to our customers that are commercially sellable transactions
- Ability to make recommendations that drive efficiencies and streamline processes
- Provide excellent customer service to all funding sources, lessees, customers, and Stryker employees
