Data Administrative Associate:

Description:
Performs duties associated with our address change service process. Creates various reports, monitors, and facilitates vendor and company communication in a manner which contributes to our clients’ satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Creates weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes.
-Initiates account changes associated with the new post office box.
-Creates status and summary reports for account representatives and clients.
-Works overtime as needed.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Data Management Representative:

Description:
The Data Management Representative is responsible for ensuring all client and vendor data received by internal and external parties is updated timely and accurately with minimal errors into our internal proprietary system (WasteVision).

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Accepts new client paperwork from sales and enter critical client data in to WasteVision.
-Manages and updates existing client records as requested:
-Updates portfolio records as properties are bought/sold.
-Removes inactive records and archives data (works quality control reports related to client records; no fees report, missing unit count)
-Accepts new vendor paperwork from Sourcing & Procurement and enters critical vendor data in to WasteVision.
-Manages and updates existing vendor records as requested:
-Manages assigned work activity and data management:
-Extracts service, rate, and contract data from varying client and vendor sources and enters/maintains related data in WasteVision with low rate of error.
-Efficiently processes incoming requests and questions within the established time frame based on request type.

Executive Assistant to the CEO: (some phone duties)

The compensation range for this specific position is $30-35 per hour (part-time)

Some of the great things you’ll do:

-Manage the CEO’s schedule; including planning and scheduling business and personal meetings, conferences, coordinating and booking travel.
-Owns daily administrative duties including reconciliation of accounts, paying invoices, writing emails, creating detailed itineraries, organizing and sweeping the email inbox.
-Supports the CEO in preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, meeting briefs, attendee bios, keeping track of follow up items and sending recaps.
-Works effectively with the CEO to keep her on top of upcoming commitments, action items and responsibilities
-Answer and direct telephone calls, and appropriately relay important information promptly and clearly
-Notify and manage important dates such as employee birthdays and anniversaries.
-Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
-Plan, coordinate, organize and help at various company meetings, events, and celebrations, such as leadership and company wide off-sites.

Enrollment & Compliance Manager – gener8tor Skills:

Salary: $60,000-$70,000

As a gener8tor Skills Enrollment & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for handling a range of tasks to facilitate the efficient and smooth-running enrollment process for our programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of workforce development programs, an ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks, and exceptional communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-Eligible Training Provider List Applications: Assisting with the completion and submission of Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) applications, ensuring that all information is accurate and deadlines are met.
-Vocational Rehabilitation Applications: Assisting with the preparation and submission of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) applications, working closely with our program participants to ensure all required information is provided and accurately represented.
-Graduate Organization and Confirmation: Organize, track, and confirm program graduates, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up activities. This includes keeping track of students’ progress, graduation dates, and post-graduation activities.
-Reimbursement Processing: Submit graduates for reimbursement from the appropriate funding source, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
-Liaison Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison with Workforce Development Boards (WDBs), state departments of labor/workforce development, and vocational rehabilitation agencies. This includes fostering relationships, maintaining clear lines of communication, and ensuring that our organization’s needs and the needs of our students are effectively communicated and addressed.

REMOTE Temporary Course Development Assistant:

Compensation: $20,000.00 – $32,000.00 USD

What you’ll do here:

The ed2go Course Development Assistant (CDA) works closely with Course Development Managers (CDMs) and the Content Development team members to support course development and the completion of special projects.

SME Procurement and Training:

-Assist with expert procurement, contacting sourcing agencies, posting job listings, or completing other recruitment activities

-Gather and rate resumes using the rating rubric

-Respond to potential candidates, collect supporting documentation, schedule interviews

Course Development Workflow Support – Runway and Catalog Quality teams

-Create channels in Teams and Slack projects and complete other tasks necessary to kick off a course project

-Assist with the onboarding of SMEs, Vendors, and other external personnel

-Work with ed2go Operations/Acquisitions team to ship materials to LD and SME

Data Gathering and Reporting

-Assist team with reporting tasks, including conducting special audits and other data-gathering needs

-Support the data compilation needed for monthly/quarterly KPI reporting

Administrative Specialist:

Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting multiple teams with administrative tasks for the function of the PERM RC under the direction of the Deputy Program Director.

-Pull appropriate screens from various state Medicaid systems to provide a complete packet to be used for data processing reviews. For some states, this can be done remotely. For other states, travel to the Medicaid offices is required.
-Review emails for PHI/PII content in accordance with HIPAA requirements and release unsecured emails to external recipients.
-Accept direction from internal staff on completing tasks as needed. Work well with corporate staff and utilize resources available to accomplish assignments.
-Be comfortable working with numerous systems and databases that vary by state.
Identify information relevant to data processing reviews and properly store documentation for future use by data processing staff.
-Work independently to solve problems and meet goals.
-Type a variety of correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, records, requisitions and other office documents from rough drafts, notes and oral instructions.
-Assist and review the work of employees engaged in procedural typing and clerical duties.
-Assist in data entry and tracking of data.
