Lead Data Entry Technician – Remote:

This position is responsible for computer data entry of prescription orders and to direct, monitor and manage the data entry department workflow under the direction of the Data Operations Manager, and will also assists the management team with new community startups.

Duties:

Schedule staff members according to workflow needs and the needs of the business
Assist in supervising Data Entry Technicians.
Promote and facilitate cross training of employees.
Perform all functions and job responsibilities of a Data Entry Technician.

REMOTE – LTC Prescription Order Entry Technician (some phone duties)

Symbria Rx Services is seeking a team oriented, experienced Data Entry Technician who shares our commitment to ensuring the health and wellness of seniors.

Responsibilities:
-Contact physician’s office as needed for refill authorization.
-Contact client for verification of orders as needed.
-Process all new and refill prescriptions.
-Open orders as needed, verify eligibility, proof and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
-Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
-Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to manager.
-Forward incomplete or rejected scripts to appropriate department for resolution and track status in the system.
-Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in system.
-May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests.
-May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels.
-Answer incoming calls promptly and provide high standard of customer service to the client.

Payment Integrity Claims Administrator:

Reviews insurance claims forms and documents for accuracy and completion and obtains missing information as necessary. Supports clinical department through claims routing and finalization, workflow management and task tracking and quality document tracking.

Essential Role Responsibilities:

-Monitor incoming and outgoing electronic claims via our internal processing system
-Administrator of shared email inbox, routing messages and claims as appropriate and assuring task completion
-Maintains records of all direct provider and client contacts
-Enters manual claims to the claims system
-Manages incoming manual claims from multiple clients to our secure server
-Research claim questions to properly route inquiries
-Works collaboratively with other departments to provide updates on claims status
-Finalizes claim reviews including client and provider report preparation
-Communicates data from Salesforce to the rest of the team via recurrent reporting
-Provide detailed reporting on claims volume, billed charges, savings, etc.
-Clearly document claims process and issue resolution
-Work collaboratively with the Claims Team to identify process gaps and improve procedures

Aristocrat:

As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of applications and technologies, from large on-premise server applications to small in-house applications. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing user accounts, troubleshooting application issues, performing application maintenance, and responsibly handling application updates and upgrades. You will collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key priorities include:

-Monitor, resolve, and prioritize incoming requests from our Helpdesk system.

-Assist with software upgrades and ensure seamless transitions.

-Record all client and internal communications through the ServiceNow! ticketing system.

-Manage user access and permissions for various applications as required.

-Support, troubleshoot, and configure applications such as Confluence, DocuSign, GitHub, Jira, Kronos, Perforce, Remedy, Retriever, Slack, ServiceNow, Subversion, and Unity.

-Troubleshoot and provide support for custom Line of Business .NET Applications.

-Automate repetitive administration tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.

-Advise on and implement application improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.

-Onboard new applications and decommission old applications as needed.

-Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications.

-Collaborate with infrastructure and front-line support to resolve incidents promptly.

Licensed Pharmacy Data Entry Technician:

This position achieves customer satisfaction by promptly processing and filling prescriptions accurately and timely through the accurate data entry of all assigned data entry tasks.

DE Pharmacy Technicians refer any questions regarding prescriptions, drug information, or health matters to a pharmacist. This position maintains the policies and procedures of the SelectRx Pharmacy Department.

Essential Functions:

-Perform medication history interviews, food-drug interaction counseling, processing prescriptions following all prescription error prevention procedures
-Processes/enters prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner
-Ability to use multiple software programs to review patient profiles and process medications orders which includes:
Hand-written Physician Order Sheets
Electronic Prescriptions
Reorder Requests
Phone Order Physician Sheets
-Ability to enter correct hour of administration on prescription for automated/robotic dispensing devices to fulfill and package medications
-Spot errors and follow procedures
-Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail
-Verifying the accuracy of patient and prescription information
-Refer prescription questions to Pharmacist/Supervisor

Administrative Assistant – Product:

This position will be a cornerstone of the product team working with internal and external partners in order to efficiently and effectively promote fluid product development.
