Complaints Handling Investigator

Job Description:

-This position will transcribe data to files in a complaint handling system, including but not limited to opening new files, linking files together, entering approved investigation data, and transferring complaint data into regulatory reports for submission.
-The position may also transfer complaint details from one database to other databases. Run queries of upcoming regulatory reports that will need to be submitted to regulatory agencies.

Data Management Representative (Remote):

The Data Management Representative is responsible for ensuring all client and vendor data received by internal and external parties is updated timely and accurately with minimal errors into our internal proprietary system (WasteVision).

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Accepts new client paperwork from sales and enter critical client data in to WasteVision.
-Manages and updates existing client records as requested:
-Updates portfolio records as properties are bought/sold.
-Removes inactive records and archives data (works quality control reports related to client records; no fees report, missing unit count)
-Accepts new vendor paperwork from Sourcing & Procurement and enters critical vendor data in to WasteVision.
-Manages and updates existing vendor records as requested:
-Manages assigned work activity and data management:
-Extracts service, rate, and contract data from varying client and vendor sources and enters/maintains related data in WasteVision with low rate of error.

Stat Tracker (Remote – Overnight):

This position has some phone duties. Rate: $14 USD per hour

Description:
-Monitors specimen testing and resulting workflow post collection for all STAT orders, and orders sent to reference labs.
-Serves as liaison between client and Laboratory to ensure speedy resulting and release of results in the LIS. Activities can involve following up with dispatchers, phlebotomists, CLS, Lab Assistants, or specimen processors.
-Serves as liaison between client and reference labs (stat labs) to ensure promt fax of results. Activities include calling the reference lab to follow up on result status, adding/modifying requested tests, refaxing results, making demographic corrections.
-Completes data entry of patient demographics and lab order collection details into the LIS.
-Actively monitors LIS “STAT Tracking” program to continually evaluate all pending orders and conduct appropriate follow-up on the oldest orders.
-Collaborates with Lab Dispatch Department to gain an understanding of order comp[etion and drop status.
-Contacts client facilities to schedule “Redraws”; orders that need to be recollected due to unfavorable circumstances.
-Relays critical report values to appropriate personnel at client facilities.
-Conducts detailed and thorough research to find missing specimens.
-Escalates issues to appropriate management staff.
-Assists Customer Service Departments with results requests.
-Uses IP phone to answer calls, place calls, and redirect calls as needed.

Property Claims Adjuster:

End to end property claims handling to include:

-Provide superior customer service
-Investigation and coverage analysis
-Complete estimates using CoreLogic estimating software
-Adhere to estimating best practices
-Manage and collaborate with vendor partners
-Determine the appropriate method of inspection
-Conduct virtual inspections (video, AI, etc.)
-Examine potential subrogation and identify potential fraudulent issues
-Prepare and maintain file documentation
-Negotiate settlement of claims with customers, claimants, and vendors. Discus and give updates to customers,, claimants, agents, and leadership throughout the process
-Provide input and ideas for continuous process improvement

Remote Fraud Specialist:

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Shift is Tuesday – Saturday 3:00 am to 11:30 am

Essential Job Duties:
-Perform detailed analysis on depository accounts that appear to have activity that would support suspicions of deposit fraud or counterfeit check activity and provide detailed documentary evidence to support findings.
-Take precautionary measures on accounts and/ or transactions to mitigate risk to *** and or clients and provide direction to all lines of businesses supported by Fraud Services
-Communicate information on deposit fraud suspects to account relationship officers, corporate investigations, and area management
-Document daily review and analysis of suspect transactions, providing area management with reports recapping current efforts.
-Obtain and provide detailed documentary evidence to support confirmed fraud activity.
-Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external clients regarding associated account resolution.
-Determine loss accountability.

Payments Specialist:

This role focuses on having an investigative/analytical eye, collecting information, and using logic to solve abstract problems. It is a vital part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.

What you will be doing day to day:

-Ensure Payments programs are successful and operate flawlessly by working with internal teams and external providers.
-Assist with the launch and ongoing operations of critical programs and initiatives while identifying and implementing operational improvements.
-Identify opportunities or issues with new and existing payment features and their processes.
-Collaborate with appropriate teams across the WebstaurantStore.
-Help develop tracking and reporting systems to measure, analyze, manage, and communicate operations performance and trends.
-Communicate empathetically & confidently with customers, 3rd party services, and other stakeholders when required.
-Utilize all tools and resources to ensure the accuracy of the payments process and rectify any inaccuracies or errors discovered.
-Work cooperatively with other Payments and Risk teammates to recognize trends and update our systems accordingly.

Personalized Internet Assessor:

Pay: $12 – $14 USD per hour

In your working hours, you’ll be analyzing and providing feedback on texts, pages, images and other types of information for top search engines, using an online tool.
