Social Media Customer Engagement Specialist – REMOTE:

General Purpose: Assist customers by answering questions, helping with vehicle support, and marketing support. Servicing customers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram pages as well as other social platforms.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, App Store
  • Create and manage cases for customers needing more complex assistance.
  • Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and achieve operational metrics.
  • Adhere to standard work processes and contribute to efficiencies and improvements when possible.
  • Proactively identify sales leads and educate in-market customers on product functionality and services.

Auto Claims Experience Advocate, File Owner:

We’re looking for an empathetic claims professional who will help us settle non-injury car liability losses quickly and efficiently.

In this role you’ll:
-Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex non-injury auto liability claims to reach a fair settlement for involved parties while maintaining a high level of customer service
-Interpret policy contacts and identify how coverage applies to a particular loss
-Accurately document files to include all key claims activities
-Resolve internal and external customer inquiries
-Ensure our customers receive a world class customer experience

DDH Peer Supporter:

Salary Range: $21.42 – $24.73

All per-diem and part-time Peer Supporters must have and be willing to publicly identify as having lived experience as either a survivor or responder of an incident of mass violence OR as a survivor or responder of the Covid-19 pandemic, as described above.

Duties/Responsibilities for Direct Peer Support:
-Monitor member posts and comments, and responding to OPSC members seeking support, information, and/or resources via special, individual DDH Peer Supporter Facebook accounts used by -Peers only during their shifts and only for work within DDH OPSCs;
-Follow up, when appropriate, to previous member posts to check in with members who may need ongoing peer support;
-Respond to members who may be suicidal, or threatening harm to self or others by assisting in connecting the member to a DDH crisis counselor in real time;
-Engage in appropriate “conversation starters” with members, choosing relevant topics related to the OPSC, and also including but not limited to topics related to survivor wellness, self-care, coping, etc.;
-Identify and sharing community-based resources including from Vibrant, SAMHSA, the DDH, 988, resources from trusted key stakeholder partner organizations, etc.;
-Complete an activity log after each shift for regular reporting;

Title Reviewer:

Requirements:
-Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of the property.
-Experience with navigating and researching online county records
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
-Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
-Ability to compose a professional email and concisely communicate title issues within a client case management platform
-Possesses the ability to critically think about complex title issues

Medical Reimbursement Specialist:

Compensation: $21.00 – $23.00 Hourly

The Reimbursement Specialist will review all aspects of revenue cycle for the purpose of claim resolution of rejections and denials from insurance and patients.
Performance Responsibilities:
-Review submitted claim denials/rejections for accuracy and payer specific guidelines.
-Correct claim rejections, denials and file appeals based on internal and external guidelines
-Correctly respond to billing questions received via email, phone or mailed correspondence
-Utilize existing resources within the organization to properly resolve claims issues
-Review and address zero pay EOBs
-Patient billing including payment plans, printing/mailing bills, phone calls, etc.
-Identify and provide solutions for payer trends
-Billing Process Oversight: Billing Accounts Receivables, Denial Trends, Payment Posting, Eligibility, Refund Process
-Acceptable and reliable attendance and punctuality
-All other tasks or projects, as assigned.

Legal Transcription:

Rates are paid per audio minute. Payments are made twice monthly via direct deposit.

As Legal and Judicial agencies transition to a technology-driven workflow, VIQ Solutions is a leader in providing transcription services to various industries.

We are currently testing for experienced Legal/Judicial contract candidates who have significant experience transcribing depositions and hearings. This is a 100% remote opportunity for Independent Contractors.

Content to be covered includes depositions, hearings and other judicial proceedings. The work will involve intense attention to detail in discerning what is said, familiarity with legal terminology and excellent grammar. In this role you will process audio recordings, strictly adhering to style guides, to produce verbatim transcripts.

Webinar Specialist:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop the agenda, identify speakers, market the event, and devise a registration system for a series of TTA webinars.
-Create webinars as needed to support counseling services and crisis response.
-Develop and maintain an online platform to host webinar events.
-Ensure proactive planning and logistics, including, but not limited to, reserving the system, managing registration, and sending calendar invites for webinar sessions.
-Actively manage and participate in webinar sessions; record the session, manage technical challenges, monitor the chat box, and support participants.
-Conduct post-session activities; archive materials/recordings, capture lessons learned, and support evaluation efforts.
Education and Experience:

Master’s degree and at least 2 years of management experience; or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
Previous work in Native American and Alaska Native communities highly desired.
