Responsibilities:
- Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient’s medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity.
- Date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing. •

Administrative Assistant, TEMP:
The expected starting pay range for this role is $58,000 USD – $79,000 USD.
This position will have responsibility for providing daily administrative support for the Sunzia Project management team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provides both routine and non-routine administrative support to the SunZia Project management team, handling a high volume of competing administrative task requests that require flexibility, professional discernment, good judgement and appropriate urgency/prioritization to complete.
- Provide calendar support requiring prioritization of multiple calendars with effective communication across various stakeholders.
- Management of travel arrangements and timely completion of expense reports.
- Plans, schedules and coordinates project meetings / events and site visits, including hotel bookings, conference rooms, and catering needs.
- Provide support to the team with compilation and formatting of documents and meeting materials, with the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.

Operation Specialist – Pending Applications:
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $40,000.00 and $59,000.00.
The Bank Operations Specialist – Pending Applications Support is responsible for high quality support and service focusing on new account origination and thorough review and analysis of consumer documents pertaining to customer loan and deposit accounts based on applicable regulations and bank policy. Provides proficient knowledge towards CDD/EDD, and documentation requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Efficiently move applications through the review process in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Analyze and review customer documents for accuracy.
-Verify customer income for loan approval based on bank underwriting policies.
-Respond to Pending Applications servicing ticket system to provide effective and timely communication with customers.
-Review OFAC matches, override OFAC false hits, and report accordingly.

As the Medical Records Clerk you work closely with the attorneys, legal assistants and other staff to assist in developing client cases by requesting and obtaining updated medical records from medical providers.
In this role you will:
-Contact medical providers and request information and updated medical records
-Accept queue calls from providers and Social Security Administration (SSA)
-Systematically follow-up with providers on all past due outstanding records requests
-Call providers on any urgent records requests to get them expedited
-Review, approve, or deny invoices for medical records
-Submit medical records to Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR)
-Maintain excellent customer service skills in all working relationships

SUMMARY
Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Claims. Examines and processes paper claims and/or electronic claims. Determines whether to return, pend, deny or pay claims within policies. Determines steps necessary for adjudication. Settles claims with claimants in accordance with policy provisions. Community Operations Coordinator:

We are looking for a temporary, part-time* Community Operations Coordinator (approximately 20 hours/week) to support the daily management of Circle’s fast-growing customer community. Events Management:
