Administrative Assistant, Marketing:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties, Skills, Responsibilities and Expectations:

-Perform day-to-day administration of clerical tasks supporting multiple Marketing team members
-Provide review and feedback via proof-read, and review of various marketing content for accuracy, positioning and copy correctness
-Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
-Conduct research and create presentations using PowerPoint/Adobe Suite
-Acts as an administrative partner to Marketing Strategy team, assisting in the implementation, facilitation, optimization, and tracking task fulfilment
-Support organization of Marketing internal communications calendar for multiple stakeholders
-Prioritized and respond to emails and phone calls, providing information to questions and requests
-Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends using Excel
-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
-Manage multiple project calendars and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed; staff appointments, schedule meetings and conference calls, and organize travel arrangements for team/supervisor/manager

Seasonal Support Representative: (some phone duties)

Compensation: $19.00/hr

Position Summary:

Seasonal employees will assist with successful customer print and digital needs with Great Minds K-12 digital products. The ideal candidate would be tech-savvy able to quickly grasp new concepts, and can work efficiently in a remote team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Works collaboratively with several Great Minds teams
-Assists customers via incoming calls, voicemails, emails, live chat, and web inquiries regarding print and digital product offerings, order placement, shipping of materials, and website navigation in high volumes
-Routes inquiries to the appropriate Great Minds team(s) for assistance
-Keeps clear and meticulous records of customer interactions through the organization’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool
-Assists in CRM data validation and management
-Monitor incoming rostering data
-Process orders through various stages of fulfillment
-Assist with digital order license activations
-Conduct various related projects as needed

PROCESSING SPECIALIST:

Summary: Creates, indexes and routes electronic files in various programs to facilitate the review and follow up by underwriting or technical staff by performing the following duties.  Issues policies, endorsements and cancellations and/or reinstatements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 

-Other duties may be assigned. 

-Handles a high volume of electronic files and work with various computer applications and Internet sites.

-Accesses necessary systems, ensures information is complete in accordance with best practices and issues policies and/or endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.

-Communicates with underwriters and/or agents to address concerns, complete files and deliver issued documents.

-Arranges, labels, and organizes digital pages in system according to the work queue and organizational guidelines.

-Ensures accurate and efficient data entry into computer program.

-Understands and is committed to total quality while maintaining production/compliance standards.

Customer Advocate:

-Fanatically monitor and reply to live product feedback, problems, and questions via phone, email, and chat
-Provide expert customer service that transforms Clearcover customers (including really frustrated ones) into brand evangelists
-Identify and assess customers’ needs through relatively unstructured interaction
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
-Contribute to process and product information in the team’s Knowledge Base
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Data Entry Specialist:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our company’s databases and systems with accurate and up-to-date information.

Your responsibilities will include entering data into various software applications, verifying the accuracy of data, and identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports and assisting with data analysis as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into spreadsheets or databases accurately and efficiently
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Organize and file documents as needed
  • Assist in resolving any data entry issues or discrepancies

  • Must be able to put aside personal biases and apply scoring guide according to rubric requirements.
  • Meets quality and productivity requirements established for the scoring program.
  • Engage with other scorers in consensus scoring activities.
  • Pass a qualifying test before scoring.
