
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor and Manager, the Data Entry Specialist provides exemplary service to multiple clients including product manufacturers, physician, patients, and internal customers. Contributes to the profitability of CareMetx by ensuring personal productivity and efficient use of material resources.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintains effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients.
-Responsible for the intake of all programs specific correspondence including mail, inbound faxed documents.
-Logs information into appropriate database and triages all program specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist and/or management team.
-Responsible for payer research and territory assignment management.
-Distributes reports daily disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist and/or management team.
-Maintains and promotes a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management.
Customer Support Specialist – Morning Shift:
The pay range for this role is $21 – $23 per hour.
This role is for our morning shift, and the hours are from 4:00am – 12:00pm PT/7:00am – 3:00pm ET. The schedule for this role will also require working one weekend day per week.
In this role, you will:
-Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers with making fuel purchases, navigating the product and whatever else they might need
-Place outbound calls to follow up with customers and our truck stop partners
-Provide above-and-beyond, amazing service
-Develop an expert understanding of the Mudflap product to effectively help customers
-Work cross-functionally to identify ways to enable world-class customer service at scale
Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to develop reports and metrics dashboards
- Collaborate with People Operations to assist in pre-boarding new hires.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating travel and logistics, and providing a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their hiring needs and support them in finding the best match.
- Assist with building automation within the ATS and additional tools (GEM, Calendly, etc.)
- Develop and maintain talent pools for networking with prospective candidates.
- Attend various recruitment events like career fairs and professional association meetings.
- Collect competitive information regarding pay rates and benefits for use internally.
- Partner with recruiters and marketing to manage job postings and optimize “top of funnel”
- Monitor and report on sourcing and pipeline conversion metrics
- Assist in sourcing candidates through multiple sources, including internal ATS, Professional Associations, colleges/universities, LinkedIn, and other resources
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing technologies
Customer Technology and Operations Support:
Salary: Up to $60k yearly
This position will be on the front lines working with our customers every day and carrying the 6crickets brand and reputation. You will be partnering with our product engineering team to provide customer and product feedback and improve user experience. You will also be conducting research on potential clients and assisting our sales team with client outreach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide friendly and efficient technical support service to the 6crickets community.
-Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
-Respond professionally to inbound communications, including urgent situations.
-Identify and escalate issues appropriately.

Medical Billing and Collections Specialist:
The estimated pay range for this position is: $15.00/hr to $26.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
-Enter information for healthcare insurance claims.
-Ensure claim information is complete and accurate.
-Submit insurance claims to clearinghouse or insurance companies.
-Follow HIPAA guidelines in handling patient information.
-Understand managed care authorizations and limits to coverage.
-Verify patient benefits eligibility and coverage.
-Look up ICD 10 diagnosis and CPT treatment codes from online service or traditional coding references.
Fraud Associate at HealthSherpa:
The base salary range is $54,000-$80,000 + benefits.
As a Fraud Associate, you will handle our fraud intake process and handle communication with external parties for fraud and compliance investigations. You will report to the Manager of Fraud Prevention.
You Will:
-Manage daily intake of fraud cases by overseeing multiple queues and performing a first layer of screening
-Monitor communication with all partners and ensure all cases receive responses
-Draft formal case responses to external parties
-Help to create, refine, and document processes for the Fraud Prevention Unit
-Collaborate with partners on our Policy, Legal, Engineering and Support teams to resolve issues
Claims Specialist – Remote: (some phone duties)
The pay range for this position is $41,400.00 – $59,100.00
Your duties will also be researching and performing verification of insurance carriers utilizing the carrier’s web portal, outbound calls to carriers, and fax requests.
You will be working with a team and together be responsible for modeling sophisticated problems, discovering insights, and identifying business opportunities from data using a variety of techniques.
Your role in our mission:
-Performs insurance verifications and research of policies for a variety of carriers
-Provide accurate documentation of findings
-Adhere to the client’s service level agreements and consistently meet production targets
-Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to resolve client inquiries
-Process client inquiries more efficiently and effectively by reviewing and recommending changes to procedures and workflow
-Other duties as assigned
Job Summary:
Responsible for administering claims payments, maintaining claim records, and providing counsel to claimants regarding coverage amount and benefit interpretation.
Monitors and controls backlog and workflow of claims. Ensures that claims are settled in a timely fashion and in accordance with cost control standards.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-Logs and edits claims via the claims system, and researches submitted claims if applicable.
-Handles more complex requests for claims processing; escalates where needed.
-Contacts appropriate parties to request missing information from requests or for additional information as requested.
-Participates in interdepartmental collaboration to enhance the claims processing function.
