Customer Support Representative:

Compensation: $48k – $52k

Administrative Assistant:

Compensation: $56k – $60k

Roles & Responsibilities:
Tracking data and source documents, preparing and sorting source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered, compiling, sorting and verifying data for accuracy, contacting responsible parties to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data, entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and entering necessary codes, comparing data entered with source documents, identifying errors and subsequently correcting those errors, filing or routing source documents after entry, responding to inquires regarding entered data, maintaining daily count of work processed.

In addition, construction administrative assistants help to ensure that project contracts and bids are complete and filed on time. They may also be responsible for coordinating activities, such as workshops and meetings, off the job site. Depending on the size of the company, a construction administrative assistant may be responsible for training and supervising other clerical staff.

Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk at GoShare
Compensation: $25k – $35k

We are hiring a driver support specialist to communicate with our delivery professionals and help them get from sign up to activation as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:

-Review applications as well as insurance and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
-Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
-Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
-Order driver applicants’ pre-employment background checks using company software

Technical Customer Support Agent:

Compensation: $40k – $50k 

Desired Outcomes:
-Customer support requests are answered promptly and to a satisfactory solution
-Customers are answered on all channels (app stores, social media, etc)
-Paying users have their inquiries addressed in 4 hours or less, 7 days a week
-Live chat is staffed 24/7
-Repeat problems are made known to appropriate teams
-Vast majority of public company mentions are either initially positive or resolved to be positive
-Customers are well educated and informed (on the product) through all available channels
-All product features and use cases are well documented and explained through KBs, blog articles, social media posts
Duties and Objectives:
-Make sure that the ticket queues are being watched and addressed
-Social channels are monitored and answered on regular basis
-Common problems and solutions are documented in KB articles
-Software issues, bugs, and feature suggestions are escalated to relevant teams using existing processes
-Any relevant documentation is kept up to date

Guest Experience – Remote:

Shifts:
At this time, the position will be Saturdays only, with an opportunity for extra hours through covering days off requests from our other team members. Flexible weekend and evening availability is required, with occasional late-night (8p-2a) availability preferred.

What You’ll Do:
-Provide magical support to our Guests via text and email using the Kustomer platform
-Reply to business reviews on Yelp and Google My Business, as well as through our internal review process
-Exceed Guest expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and working across teams to solve them
-Stay up to date on evolving processes in order to most accurately assist and support our Guests and Kitchen Teams
-Think of fun and innovative ways to go above and beyond for Guests
-Facilitate the feedback loop with other internal teams such as Engineering, Kitchens, and Marketing

Stat Tracker (Remote – Overnight):

Rate: $14 USD per hour

Description
-Monitors specimen testing and resulting workflow post collection for all STAT orders, and orders sent to reference labs.
-Serves as liaison between client and Laboratory to ensure speedy resulting and release of results in the LIS. Activities can involve following up with dispatchers, phlebotomists, CLS, Lab Assistants, or specimen processors.
-Serves as liaison between client and reference labs (stat labs) to ensure promt fax of results. Activities include calling the reference lab to follow up on result status, adding/modifying requested tests, refaxing results, making demographic corrections.
-Completes data entry of patient demographics and lab order collection details into the LIS.
-Actively monitors LIS “STAT Tracking” program to continually evaluate all pending orders and conduct appropriate follow-up on the oldest orders.
-Collaborates with Lab Dispatch Department to gain an understanding of order comp[etion and drop status.
-Contacts client facilities to schedule “Redraws”; orders that need to be recollected due to unfavorable circumstances.
-Relays critical report values to appropriate personnel at client facilities.
-Conducts detailed and thorough research to find missing specimens.
-Escalates issues to appropriate management staff.

Lab Dispatcher – Remote (Overnight):

Compensation: Rate: $15.5 USD per hour (Phone duties but it’s overnight)

Dispatcher Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Dispatches all orders for services to field service personnel within fifteen (15) minutes of order entry.

  1. Properly documents changes to orders requested by facility and/or ordering physician.
  2. Coordinates estimated time of arrival (ETA) with appropriate technician and facility, upon request.
  3. Ensures dispatched orders are confirmed as received by technicians.
  4. Contacts facilities when scheduling or re-scheduling is necessary for any reason.
  5. Coordinates reassignment of orders to different technicians when necessary.
  6. Assists with inbound Customer Service calls as needed or directed.

Startup Group Moderator:

The Moderator is responsible for helping facilitate deep discussion and connectivity among high performing startup Founders. During Founder Group meetings, the Moderator helps instruct the participants in how to open up, ask good questions, and help each other tackle difficult problems.

Founder Groups are 8-person cohorts of startup Founders that meet regularly to discuss their challenges, identify their needs, and collaborate toward their most important goals. Each group works together to help each other, providing an open, safe space to share all of the challenges that come with being a startup Founder.

Moderators bring these Founders together for monthly meetings (via Zoom) where we provide a Moderator to facilitate and drive the discussion and a Group Coordinator to make sure all goals and requests are supported.

Medical Bill Review Specialist:

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 – $22.00

Job Description:

This position is remote and will work Eastern/Central time zone schedule.

-Reviews and evaluates submitted claims for information on which to base settlement, including review of medical records, diagnostic methods, and second opinion reports.
-Conducts coordination of benefit reviews.
-Interprets policy provisions and approves or denies payments on all but the most complex or questionable claims.
-Corresponds with insurers and providers.
-Adjudicate large state self-insured workers’ comp fund.
