
Summary:
In this data entry position, the responsible individual must be able to manage product data, pricing, and associated collateral in the Price Book Service proprietary database. The position will report to the BTS Manager of Software Development.
Duties:
-Maintain database of product catalog items, pricing and collateral.
-Work closely with the BTS software development teams to prioritize work projects.
-Establish working relationships with various manufacturers both within and outside of ASSA ABLOY to ensure accurate and timely product data.
-Analyze/investigate and, where necessary, correct discrepancies in product data.
-Assist Product support in researching answers to customer questions.
-Support the organization-wide standards and best practices.
This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $25.35- $27.86/hour (hourly + bonus).
When our customers choose Housecall Pro to run their business, a critical piece of their transition is tied to moving over historical customer data. This includes data stored in Quickbooks, other software and spreadsheets.
The Data Specialists role is to understand the current state of their data, identify potential issues and assist in formatting and preparing data to be transferred into Housecall Pro. This process allows us to work alongside the pro to develop a plan of action, set proper expectations and eliminate long term data issues.
What you’ll be doing:
-Analyze source and quality of data, identify potential issues and develop custom action plan
-Ability to coach best practices with HCP’s Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online integration
-Communicate consistent trends and opportunities to our product/engineering team for future improvements
-Create and maintain Quickbooks help content
-Ability to effectively communicate client information, trends and feedback cross-functionally
-Innovate on current processes and proactively seek ways to improve the Pro experience
eCommerce Content Moderator – Remote:
The primary responsibility of the E-Commerce Content Moderator is to manage the product reviews process for Harbor Freight Tools.
This includes serving as a primary contact for all review-related requests, running regular reports, managing all communications with internal teams, moderating escalated reviews, and any other tasks that ensure customer reviews are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Secondary responsibilities for this role include supporting the E-Commerce team with additional content auditing and website updates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Review submitted customer content (reviews and images) and make confident decisions on what action is required for each based on our moderation guidelines.
-Run, create and distribute daily and weekly reports to different teams within the organization
-Track all recommended moderation actions from different HFT teams
-Manage the new products review process and support change requests as needed
-Flag and distribute any inappropriate or safety related product reviews to specified teams
-Read through all escalated product reviews and moderate based on current guidelines
-Manage all suggested merchant responses and post the responses when appropriate
-Run and distribute ad hoc report requests by other teams as needed
-Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to ensure the product review process continues to evolve with the company’s growing standards
-Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to keep website content up to date
-Assist with other E-Commerce support tasks as assigned

The salary range for this role is $88,400-$184,000.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our EA team supporting our Chief Product Officer. We are looking for someone who is creative and enjoys working within a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment that is mission-driven and community oriented.
The ideal individual will be both strategic and tactical, a right-hand partner for their executive, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. We are looking for an EA that knows how to dive in and roll up their sleeves to get things done and be two steps ahead of their executive.
What you’ll do:
-Lead and manage CPO’s calendar, makes CPO travel arrangements, approve Workday requests for PTO and other time off requests for CPO’s directs
-Provide calendar support for VP of Product
-Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables and goals
-Note-taking and project management
-Manage communications, presentations, and other documentation
-Organize events including Kickoffs, Offsites, and more
-Process expense reports, monitor meeting and event costs, and assist with procurement processing for -Product Org expenses
-Manage department corporate card
