Customer Service and Email Communications Coordinator:

Key Requirements:

Customer Service Email Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support requests via email.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information while maintaining a friendly tone.
Knit Tester Email Communications:
Coordinate email communications with knit testers, including onboarding, project details, and feedback collection.
Ensure timely and clear communication with knit testers to support their engagement in the testing process.
Weekly Newsletter Creation and Management:
Create engaging and informative content for a weekly newsletter using tools like FloDesk and Canva.
Manage the distribution and scheduling of newsletters to keep customers informed and engaged.
Project Support:
Provide support on various projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination tasks.
Contribute ideas and assist in executing project plans as required.

Project Assistant:

The Project Assistant will primarily be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives designed to prepare our client for the upcoming restatement project. The Project Assistant will experience a steady flow of diverse and engaging planning projects ranging from basic to challenging complexity. This exciting Contract opportunity is offering $19-20/HR! 

Responsibilities of the Project Assistant include: 

  • Review modifications to plan documents during restatement process for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with manual mapping of special project restatements along with requested updates to plan documents
  • Manage creation of restatement packages and process of delivery to meet production and timing goals
  • Create Consultant communication channels to efficiently intake prioritization, amendment, termination and client-specific requests and provide support with restatement inquiries and ongoing status updates.
  • Implement and test the processes and workflow designed by the DC Restatement Project Manager to ensure project readiness.
  • Provide efficient administrative support for the Project Manager and Restatement Team, and perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by the client to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the company or our clients.

Claims Representative Associate – National Remote:

Hourly salary range: $16.00 – $27.31

This is a challenging role that takes an ability to thoroughly review, analyze and research complex health care claims in order to identify discrepancies, verify pricing, confirm prior authorizations and process them for payment.

You’ll need to be comfortable navigating across various computer systems to locate critical information. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy, which will impact the timely processing of the member’s claim.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
  • Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards

BTS Data Entry:

Job Summary:

In this data entry position, the responsible individual must be able to manage product data,

pricing, and associated collateral in the Price Book Service proprietary database.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain database of product catalog items, pricing and collateral.
-Work closely with the BTS software development teams to prioritize work projects.
-Establish working relationships with various manufacturers both within and outside of ASSA ABLOY to ensure accurate and timely product data.
-Analyze/investigate and, where necessary, correct discrepancies in product data.
-Assist Product support in researching answers to customer questions.
-Support the organization-wide standards and best practices.

Executive Assistant:

The salary range for this role is $62,091.00 – $65,000.00 annually.

You’ll partner with the Chief Programs Officer to advance company initiatives and achievement toward strategic goals. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations while “looking around the corner” to anticipate future needs.

  • Maintain the CPO’s calendar, including time blocking, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements
  • Organize and prepare for meetings: logistics, documentation, etc.
  • Prioritizes CPO time based on importance and urgency, using MOCHA, Do/Delay/Delegate/Discard and other prioritization methodologies
  • Solutions-oriented, you’ll proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve
  • Triage email and other forms of communication as needed via email, phone, Slack, Asana, etc.
  • Keep the CPO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Create and maintain various documents including reports, spreadsheets, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports via Concur
