Triage – Remote Opportunity:

Compensation: $11.68/Hr.- $20.00/Hr.

Job Overview:

This position obtains appropriate information from various resources, such as internal/external references and professional input to triage Part C appeals

Essential job Duties:

• Reviews case file documentation to determine file completeness and accuracy of data entry items
• Performs preliminary review of appeals to confirm appeal and party validity
• Requests additional information from Medicare Health Plans as appropriate
• Accurately updates the QICtrk system and/or MAS, and reviews data from other databases including ELMO.
• Assists other team members in maintaining, collecting sensitive case documents.
• Escalates potential Privacy issues to the appropriate department
• Follows policies and procedures without deviation
• Works schedule as established by supervisor to accommodate business hours
• Assists supervisor with special projects and tasks on an as needed basis
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Billing Specialist:

SUMMARY:  

The Billing Specialist prepares client invoices for services provided.  Performs all tasks related to financial processing, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews billing sheets from colleagues to create invoices for all jobs within their Business Unit.
  • Consolidates data concerning the provision of services into invoices with correct prices, amounts, and descriptions.  Determines appropriate charges for work performed utilizing structured rate tables and previous billing guidelines.
  • Transmit invoices to clients electronically or via mail.
  • Creates consolidated summaries of invoices as required to satisfy customer data requirements.
  • Responds to customer inquiries about invoices and pricing as needed.
  • Performs the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective up to date and accurate manner.
  • Verifies payable transactions comply with the financial policies and procedures of the company.
  • Maintains updated vendor files, file numbers, and listings for accounts payable.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable in assisting the collections department with customers and updating Salesforce software with the result as needed.

Assistant Photo Editor:

Salary: $44,000 – $55,000

The Assistant Photo Editor will collaborate with the Senior Visual Editor to reinforce and strengthen our visuals process, brand identity, and ensure that we offer the highest quality visuals. The candidate will be required to embrace creative challenges, work in a fast-paced environment, and be as creative as they are operationally strong. This position will also assist with administrative duties directed by the Senior Visuals Editor.

  • Pull and/or creating leads for daily stories.
  • Communicate and maintain a clear brand vision through art used on site.

  • Assist the Visuals Editor in long term projects, sponsored and native.

Customer Support Specialist – Morning Shift: (some phone duties)

The pay range for this role is $21 – $23 per hour.

This role is for our morning shift, and the hours are from 4:00am – 12:00pm PT/7:00am – 3:00pm ET. The schedule for this role will also require working one weekend day per week. 

In this role, you will:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers with making fuel purchases, navigating the product and whatever else they might need
  • Place outbound calls to follow up with customers and our truck stop partners
  • Provide above-and-beyond, amazing service
  • Develop an expert understanding of the Mudflap product to effectively help customers
  • Work cross-functionally to identify ways to enable world-class customer service at scale 

Claims Administrator:

Compensation: $15-$21.50/hr

Job Duties:

-With general supervision, provide the highest level of service to clients, providers, and members by handling service requests, addressing questions/issues, and supporting claims processors, adjusters, and supervisors.

-Provide administrative support to designated PPI staff and leadership.

-Research, document, and accurately respond to internal/external administrative claim inquiries and service requests.

-Opens, reviews, and sorts physical mail and e-mail to determine the action needed. Identifies, creates, and sends written responses, or re-directs mail to correct addressee, as appropriate.

-Effectively positions messages in a manner that is supportive of divisional and corporate strategies to ensure appropriate resolutions, as needed.

-Develop and maintain data repositories to support tracking, trending, and reporting of claims and administrative activity to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information.

Tier 1 Payroll Support Specialist:

A competitive salary in the $17 – $25/hour range based on experience.

A day in the life of a Tier 1 Payroll Support Specialist may vary, but you can always count on:

  • Being the primary contact for assigned client payrolls and doing your best to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction

The Records Retrieval Analyst is responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate issues that support prospective business decisions.

This role also coordinates projects for senior management. This role is responsible for organizing and facilitating strategy around retrieving medical records and audit metrics.

The Opportunity:

  • Develops documentation, reports, and presentations for all levels within the organization including executive leadership.
  • Call and establish lines of communication with custodians of record based on order priority
  • Make regular phone calls and/or other means of contact with provider offices to ensure timely retrieval of records.
  • Provide quality control for all incoming records, and route escalations to the record retrieval supervisor.

Research Specialist:

As a Research Specialist you will be responsible for support of the business licensing team and platform, with a focus on creating and delivering business license research reports to clients, as requested. Additional focus on simplifying the collection of registration and licensing data from licensing authorities and building an automated research tool. The preferred candidate will have the ability to combine technical skills, think independently, and analyze data to drive efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Build and review research database for accuracy and add or update missing jurisdiction and license information, as needed
-Conduct industry and location specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county and city level business licensing requirements
-Identify and compile required forms, supporting documents, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and additional information as relevant
-Create business specific research reports utilizing internal software
-Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries
-Interact with clients our clients to understand business operations and to explain licensing needs
-Concisely convey findings to clients and team members verbally and via email
-Read and apply State, County, and Local statutes as necessary to business licensing across all industries.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

Position Description:
We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to assist in the completion of all facets of the billing and collection function, including the preparation of invoices and outstanding receivables.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly invoices for federal government and private clients in accordance with contract requirements
  • Prepare annual invoices for Indirect Cost Rate Variances
  • Reconcile the Unbilled Receivables balances
  • Update and prepare a schedule of all projects needing final invoices
  • Prepare routine schedules and reports including, but not limited to; journal entries, year-end supporting audit schedules
  • Review and reconcile accounting reports and records to original source documents and related supporting material
  • Answer inquiries and investigate questions from internal project teams and clients

Trust and Safety Analyst:

The Trust and Safety Analyst is vital in overseeing the quality of our marketplace. This role sits within our Customer Operations team and reports to the Head of Customer Operations while helping to ensure the safety of our customers on the platform. This individual should be able to masterfully balance mitigation of safety risks while still delivering excellent customer experience, even and especially when the worst has happened.

Responsibilities:
-Investigate safety incidents and provide satisfactory resolutions to customers, and maintain the status and classification of incidents presented in the incident tracker.

-Develop safety initiatives and tools to help keep our customers safe and reduce overall incidents

-Drive policy for norms within the marketplace

-Develop metrics for measuring Trust and Safety success

-Lead cross-functional collaboration with customer support, operations, product, customer success, and legal.

-Evaluate safety and compliance risk, and develop strategies to address gaps

-Monitor and report on safety and compliance metrics as well as analyze trends in safety data to come up with solutions that address safety incidents

-Act as a subject matter expert on Trust and Safety policies and procedures internally and externally

Disputes Resolution Representative: (some outbound calls)

Compensation: $34,700.00 to $52,100.00 plus an incentive plan

The basic function of this position is to be the proficient in Disputes for resolving cardholder and credit union disputes, which include the management and oversight of incoming calls and callback requests.

The job is to analyze and resolve cardholder disputes within department and association guidelines/timeframes; leveraging department best practices to resolve disputes and recover the funds for our cardholder and/or Credit Union while minimizing liability and risk for the company.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve inquiries originating from members and credit union on a daily basis and determine the best course of action to resolve the case within established departmental timeframes.
  • Manage volume, work queues and reassign or escalate cases where appropriate to maintain departmental and contractual SLA’s, while providing best in class customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Make outbound calls to members and credit unions to resolve cases including; verifying, interpreting, disseminating, or requesting information about a dispute.
  • Provide professional written and verbal responses to external customers.
  • Perform chargeback/dispute resolution processing utilizing PSCU internal and external platforms.
  • Communicate trends to management, provide feedback in the development of training tools and procedures directly related to the chargeback and funds movement process.
  • Manage daily priorities to assure pending work and callbacks are completed within departmental and contractual requirements.
