Customer Experience Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Customer Experience Specialist who specializes in software and hardware requirements.  As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience: interact with customers via email (and eventually phone) to deliver outstanding support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.  
  • Specialize in hardware and software support.  Develop a deep understanding of heat pump systems, wireless, hardware components, controls and related technologies to effectively assist customers with their specific needs and requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues: Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to the Gradient systems, hardware installations, controls and functionality.  Provide step by step instructions and customer guidance to customers to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate engineering teams for further assistance.

Bookkeeper:

Due to growth, we are looking to add a part-time Bookkeeper to our Accounting Team. This role will handle all AP & AR for our company, working within Quickbooks to ensure our books and accounts are maintained and optimized.

Responsibilities

  • Assist controller with month-end close procedures
  • Prepare general ledger entries/reclassifications to maintain accounts in accordance with GAAP
  • Analyze income statement accounts to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
  • Prepare accounts payable and reconcile as needed
  • Perform billing, accounts receivable, and reporting 
  • Assist in the preparation of timely reporting packages for the controller, managers, and executive team
  • Assist in preparing and updating annual budgets and monthly forecasting as requested by management
  • Human resource duties as needed

Executive Assistant:

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain a complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management to promote productivity for executives
  • Plan travel itineraries and monitor travel to trouble-shoot changes in flights, meeting schedules, ground transportation
  • Complete, submit, and track expense reports; reconcile credit card charges for the executives
  • Coordinate internal meetings including ordering food, booking restaurants, and handling document needs
  • Maintain complete confidentiality on all sensitive matters and data/files with tact and professionalism
  • Provide support to Executive Team in planning and coordinating special projects
  • Participate with the People Team in the planning and organization of various virtual and physical team member events, including team off-sites, team member mixers, volunteer opportunities, and general connectivity events as needed

Seasonal Licensing Administrator:

Base Pay Range -$37,400 – $46,700

The primary responsibilities of the Licensing Administrator include:

  • Assisting in the completion of insurance licensing applications
  • Tracking and following up with the status of agency and agent licenses
  • Ordering license continuing education courses for agents
  • Scheduling and booking licensing exams and fingerprinting for agents
  • Navigating and creating state affiliations for agents to be listed under the agency
  • Submitting state appointment applications to carrier contact to show active on reports
  • Auditing individual licenses to keep agents compliant with the states
  • Electronically organizing and maintaining licensing-related documentation
  • Collecting and checking paperwork documentation from agents to submit for state requirements

Clinical Data Manager:

Summary

The Data Manager is responsible for the Data Management activities within assigned projects. The successful candidate will perform data management activities including data analysis, coding and discrepancy management, and data compilation from various molecular and clinical data sources.

Furthermore, the incumbent may assist with development and maintenance of data management documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs).

Responsibilities

  • Act on assigned projects; responsible for the completion of all Data Management activities as per Scope of Work;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, for various activities of assigned projects;
  • Satisfy customer requirements as per Scope of Work and ensure compliance to protocol, as well as applicable regulatory guidelines and SOPs;
  • Prepare and review various project-related Data Management documents (SOPs, Data Management Plans, etc.).

Trial Success Associate:

The job description does not mention the salary, but does mention a $1300 annual home office stipend.

By joining our team as a Trial Success Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and management of StudyTeam over a cohort of trials. 

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Providing direct support on assigned trials through record management, creating reports necessary for trial implementation and maintenance, Sponsor/CRO user management, tool management, and execution for at-scale Trial Team user engagement, managing all the respective project administrative tasks. 
  • Applying project and relationship management skills by supporting the team’s work to ensure successful implementation and adoption of OneStudyTeam tools, and eventually overseeing a handful of clinical trial maintenance phase 
  • Training CRAs or other sponsor users on the StudyTeam platform
  • Identifying opportunities to improve your and the team’s work 
  • Collaborating with others on your team to deliver your role’s expectations
