Job Summary:
Enters patient/client billing into the provided software. Works on routine assignments within defined parameters, established guidelines and precedents. Follows established procedures and receives daily instructions on work.

Data Management Coordinator -Part Time:
Job Summary :
The Data Management Coordinator supports Virtua Integrated Network population health value based programs as a member of the Analytics team via timely organization and dissemination of payor and provider data and reports.
Position Responsibilities:
File Management
- Ensures Files and Documents from various sources are consistently transferred to appropriate locations for internal and external customers on a timely basis. Sources include but not limited to Payers, Vendors, Virtua Health System. Internal Customers include but not limited to Provider Relations, VMG, Virtua Health System, Care Management, Network Integrity, and Leadership. External Customers include but not limited to EPIC, Vendors and Consultants.
- Maintains up-to-date distribution lists for all files and communicates timely to all distribution lists for all files received.
- Maintains organization of files on shared drives, cleaning and purging annually as recommended by leadership, and keeping files in annual archives.
- Transfers monthly Claims Files and Rosters to EPIC on or before the deadline, and verifies and documents their receipt. Coordinates the monthly File Load check with others on internal Analytics team. Documents all files transferred to EPIC were captured in the file load verification document produced by Population Health support team, and follows up on any discrepancies.
Claims Service Rep II (REMOTE) Job:
Summary:
Responsible for resolving more complex outstanding unpaid and/or unprocessed medical claims and denied claims submitted to third party payers on behalf of SPG providers. Works closely with CBO staff to capture denial data in the interest of denial prevention and provider education. Resolves outstanding claims by accessing third party payer web sites, making and accepting phone calls, and sending and receiving correspondence to and from third party payers and various government agencies.
Key Job Responsibilities:
-Reviews more complex accounts, files appropriate claims, and provides follow-up on claims.
-Contacts patients and insurance companies to identify barriers in getting more complex claims paid.
-Routes more complex accounts back to appropriate parties after self-pay balances are determined.
