Data Entry Specialist:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Supervisor and Manager, the Data Entry Specialist provides exemplary service to multiple clients including product manufacturers, physician, patients, and internal customers. Contributes to the profitability of CareMetx by ensuring personal productivity and efficient use of material resources. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintains effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients.
  2. Responsible for the intake of all programs specific correspondence including mail, inbound faxed documents. 
  3. Logs information into appropriate database and triages all program specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist and/or management team.
  4. Responsible for payer research and territory assignment management.
  5. May assist with inbound call volume as received. 
  6. Distributes reports daily disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist and/or management team.
  7. Maintains and promotes a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management.
  8. Complies with all appropriate program policies and procedures.

Helpdesk Administrator:

Cash compensation range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD annually

About This Job:

This individual will be part of the front facing Dutchie IT team. They will be available and excited to help  when team members reach out for assistance. Resolving tickets and making sure employees have access to the tools they need to do their job will be the highest priority.

Benefits Specialist:

Pay Rate: $45-48 hourly

Description:

WES is looking for an experienced HR professional to administer all benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 403b and 401a plans. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to our HR and employee health and welfare strategy and plan design. In addition, the Benefits Specialist will generate and manage required reporting and analytics for benefits and other HR functions. This role supports the Sr. Manager, HR Benefits and Wellness along with the Sr. Payroll Specialist, and provides additional support to HR management as needed.

Spec Billing:

Duties:

-Reviews/Updates failed bills & claims on host system and within billing vendor.  

-Works daily electronic 277’s resolving claim issue’s.  

-Works daily late charges & rebills.

-Bills hardcopy claims attaching any needed documentation for payment.  

-Pulls EOB’s and Medical Records as needed attaching to claims and mailing.  

-Contact patients, insurance, any third party for insurance information or any additional billing data.

-Contact patient and third parties for needed billing information. 
-Performs rebill projects and additional daily reports. Assists with creation/up keep of training documents 

Credentialing Representative:

Description

The Credentialing Representative 2 obtains and reviews documentation to determine status in a health plan. The Credentialing Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.

Responsibilities

The Credentialing Representative 2 reviews the applicant’s education, training, clinical privileges, experience, licensure, accreditation, certifications, professional liability insurance, malpractice history and professional competence. Reviews the information and documentation collected, as well as verification that the information is accurate and complete. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.

Administrative Assistant: (some phone duties)

We’re hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for employees.

Responsibilities:

-Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events

-Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities

-Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity

-Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community

-Order office equipment and supplies as needed

Sr. Data Entry Specialist:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Supervisor and Manager, the SR Data Entry Specialist assists with leading the data entry team in day-to-day operations. While this role continues to provide exemplary service to multiple clients including product manufacturers, physician, patients, and internal customers; The SR Data Entry Specialist is an expert in the data entry role, who leads by example and helps to support the data entry team. This role contributes to the profitability of CareMetx by ensuring personal productivity and efficient use of material resources. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
