
CTG is seeking Healthcare Data Validation Analysts for our client in the Southeast.
The client is moving to a new EHR and in preparation for this implementation, will be performing data cleanup and merging duplicate records stored in disparate systems. The Data Validation Analyst will manually review records identified as potential duplicates in these various applications to verify them as distinct records or confirm the need to merge.
Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and demonstrated commitment to privacy, security, and confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) is required.
Prior experience working with medical records is ideal.
Pay: $22 per hour.

Duties:
- Support members of our executive team by understanding what’s most important, triaging tasks, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and tracking deadlines
- Manage complex calendars using Google Calendar including scheduling, vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations
- Attend weekly meetings, take notes, capture and circulate decisions and action items
- Facilitate communication between executives and employees, liaising with internal teams on various tasks and meeting coordination
- Help ensure executives are properly prepared for all meetings. Follow up and provide reminders on project deadlines and deliverables

Cash Compensation Range: $35,800 USD

Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.

Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, or other transactional inquiries
Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in email and live chat.
Stay up to date on new product features and improvements
Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues.
