Support Desk – Contractor (Remote): (some phone duties)

The hourly rate for this role is $20.

You will serve as a point of contact for our clients and address their questions and needs related to their learning experience on our online learning platform.

Agents will be provided training, resource materials, and ongoing management and support from our team. 

We have a range of time blocks we’re looking to cover, including days, nights, and weekends. We are open to flexible schedules ranging from 10-20 hours of availability per week.

What we want you to do:

-Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including advanced conditional formatting, utilize data in Pivot tables, dynamic charts with formulas, multiple layers of charts.
-Excellent writing and communications skills
-Review participant feedback, handle responses, escalate feedback on a case by case basis.
-Accurately identify, troubleshoot, and flag issues as they occur
-Enthusiastically support our online participants with support needs by email and phone
-Work through the hundreds of weekly cases and address participant needs quickly, thoroughly, accurately, and professionally

Customer Support Admin:

RevaComm Customer Support Administrators support our project and/or program leads with the organization of everything related to the logistics of a successful program. This covers a wide variety of tasks, such as scheduling, customer coordination, customer service, event planning, marketing, copywriting, proofreading, budget and time management, as well as other services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in any computer related technical field or similar field of study, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years in an administrative or project/program support role or a technical customer support role

3rd Party Payor Enrollment Specialist:

Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $58,000.00 Salary/year

Job Summary: The 3rd Party Payor Enrollment Specialist is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process. The 3rd Party Payor Enrollment Specialist facilitates all aspects of PopHealthCares credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, expirables process, as well as the credentialing/enrolling of providers for health plan clients.

Essential Job Functions:

-Obtains, verifies, and analyzes all required information pertinent to internal and external credentialing.
-Organizes credentialing process to meet required timelines.
-Submits files for internal credentialing to the Credentialing Committee.
-Adheres to PopHealthCare credentialing policies and standard operating procedures.
-Maintains credentialing files in organized fashion.
-Interfaces with health plan contacts to understand and support the credentialing application and completion process.
-Submits credentialing files to health plans.
-Tracks requirements and timeline for re-credentialing.
-Alerts clinicians of re-credentialing requirements based on internal and external standards.

PARALEGAL (REMOTE):

SUMMARY

Under the direction of an attorney, the Paralegal provides day-to-day support for the real estate law teams of the Advance Auto Parts legal department. The detail-oriented person filling this position will be adept at maneuvering through large, multi-functional and complex organizations and will demonstrate the ability to foster a positive working relationship with their peers, corporate attorneys, outside counsel and internal business partners. Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
