Let’s get into the jobs of the day!

Support Data Admin

This role requires repetitive data entry into our Service Software but also provides exposure to multiple programs to find missing data.

Responsibilities: 

  • Labeling/updating customer assets and adding details into our Service Software (SalesForce) 
  • Entering data from different sources (SharePoint, Visibility, Omnify, Confluence) into SalesForce. 
  • Converting simple Opportunities into new contracts or warranties. 
  • Using TEAMs, consult with onsite Field Service Engineers to confirm existence and information for customer assets then update SalesForce accordingly. 
  • Assisting with Support Handovers to ensure what was promised was delivered. 
  • Special projects may include running existing reports in SalesForce, documenting process steps for new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or updating existing ones. 
  • Performing other tasks to support the Service Team as needed. 

Data Annotator – General Knowledge

Hours: Looking for people that can commit to 10-40 hours per week.
Pay: A range of  $15-$25 per hour, with task-based structures to allow you to exceed  the hourly rate. Rates vary depending on factors such as project complexity, education level, background/experience (e.g. higher rates for PhDs).

Data annotation is the process of labeling or curating data to train, tune, and/or evaluate AI models. This includes tasks like identifying objects in images, tagging pieces of text, or generating multiple-choice questions to support AI models that depend on high-quality labeled data for accuracy. Tasks will change project to project, but typically fall into the following buckets of work:

  • Multimodal data annotation: Accurately label and tag data, including images and text, following provided guidelines.
  • Multiple-choice question generation: Create clear and high-quality questions for educational or AI training purposes.
  • Quality assurance: Review and verify your annotations to ensure consistency and correctness across datasets.

Data Manager

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 yearly

Manager will report to the Vice President of Innovation and is responsible for managing, analyzing and reporting on programmatic data. Data includes but is not limited to: teacher and student surveys, teaching observation rubric data, and programmatic reach data.

Duties:

  • Streamline programmatic data collection, cleaning, and storing processes, adhering to best practices
  • Develop, rollout and actively manage processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and other evaluation activities 
  • Enter survey questions into survey tools and updated tools when needed, with guidance from VP of Innovation
  • Manage administration of data collection instruments
  • Create and regularly update internal documentation of programmatic data collection best practices and processes
  • Provide technical support to program staff to ensure fluid and comprehensive data collection
  • Collaborate with internal staff as needed to complete reports
  • Fulfill internal programmatic data requests
  • Prepare data for internal data discussions and learning agenda meetings

Agent Changes Processor

Compensation: $19.32 – $24.98

As an Agent Changes Processor, you will provide high-level service to our agent and broker/dealer partners by maintaining records and answering compensation inquiries while working independently in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to monitoring daily log reports to identify agent and broker/dealer business that needs to be processed, responding to inquiries from agents, broker/dealers and internal customers, and processing internal and external compensation statements. Duties:

  • You will process agent change requests coming from our agents, broker/dealers and internal partners, working independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner while meeting deadlines. 
  • You will provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders, recognize what needs to be done to meet needs and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to meet those needs. 
  • You will effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal/external stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. 
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.

Document Coordinator:

The Coordinator, Document is responsible for obtaining, performing a comprehensive review, filing and updating the system for various documents.

  • Essential Job Functions may include:
  • Orders credit reports on the Equifax website.
  • Performs comprehensive review of credit reports.
  • Orders credit supplements.
  • Identifies issues with credit report (liens, judgments, bankruptcy, fraud alerts, OFAC hits, etc.)
  • Identifies loans where a Borrower is being removed.
  • Identifies employment document needs (CPA letter, business license).
  • Obtains payoffs
  • Obtains written and verbal verifications
  • Obtains Appraisals
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Fulfillment Operations Specialist:

What you’ll do

  • Manage and prioritize research participant recruiting requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Work across multiple marketing channels to source participants that are sought for research studies.
  • Become an expert in what prevents research projects from qualifying high-quality participants and execute a plan to eliminate those challenges.
  • Develop an understanding of the breadth and depth of our participant panel, building skills to assess what marketing channels and intervention are appropriate to ensure success.
  • Maintain a level of empathy, discretion, and confidentiality while working with both sides of our user research marketplace.
  • Work with the Fulfillment, Executive, Marketing, Product, and Customer Facing teams to identify, prioritize, and execute the fulfillment approaches that support our company objectives.
  • Drive scale and automation where appropriate to engage and acquire participants for research.

Remote Customer Service Coordinator (Weekends):

The Customer Service Coordinator will bridge the service gap needed to provide service support to PACE clients and their participants in facilities along with the network pharmacies servicing them. 

Responsibilities

  • Provides enrollment support for new PACE enrollees.
  • Communicates pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where CK PACE participants reside.
  • Coordinate facility discharges to assure medication reconciliation is complete and delivery to home is back in place.
  • Provides help desk support to network pharmacies.
  • Education PACE staff regarding CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants.
  • Makes outgoing calls to gather/confirm information necessary to process customer requests or otherwise contribute to pharmacy operations.
  • Coordinates and sets up couriers to ensure timely medication delivery.
  • Makes outgoing calls to ensure the participants have received their delivery.
  • Alternating Schedule: Sat, 9a-6:30p/3:30p-12a EST
  • Sun, 9a-6:3p/3:30p-12a EST

Document Production Center Specialist – Remote:

This Document Production Specialist will provide remote document production services.  The Specialist, as a member of Global-DPC, will process work sent to the Global-DPC mailbox, documenting the work performed as required.  The below list of functions is not exhaustive.  It is intended to describe the general content and requirements for this position. 

Primary Functions

  • Produce accurate, high quality work from audio and script work by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics using the firm’s software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Best Authority, Litigation Programs (experience with CCC Macro Pro or Legal MacPac a plus), familiarity with Conract Express and/or HotDocs, DocXTools, Adobe Pro and iManage
  • Communicate effectively with Global-DPC members
  • Process work sent to the Global-DPC team with regard to house style and requirements of the relevant jurisdiction
  • Complete an on-line Global-DPC workflow system record for each job undertaken

Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist:

 As a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist you will be providing Customer Service support over calls and email. You will also be in charge of Data entry into various database applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive data and sourcing documents, compile, sort, interpret and verify data to be entered.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents. 
  • Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers.
  • Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
