Compensation: $25.00 – $25.00

Seeking experienced temporary administrative assistant to assist in creating the Forbes Lists, Accounting.

Requirements

  • Skilled in working with spreadsheets as well as database management experience
  • Research experience
  • Readiness to work quickly on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to detail and deadlines with high-level time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle outreach to nominated CPAs

Billing Analyst

Compensation: $45,200.00-54,250.00

We are seeking an outstanding, talented individual who aspires to apply their intellect, talent, drive, and creativity to be a member of our Billing team.  If you thrive in a changing environment and one that values process improvement, scalability, and input then we have a match!

  • Execute the billing processes for all billable transactions from start to finish
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all billing transactions
  • Monitor and complete changes/updates to all clients’ orders and accounts 
  • Proactively collaborate with internal and external teams to identify business issues and quickly develop a resolution
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting for clients, management, and auditors
  • Data analysis and reconciliations
  • Revenue and month end SOX reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Ability to work extra hours, specifically during the billing close cycle and for any ad hoc projects. Flexibility in working hours is a must.
  • Analyze process and business workflows and develop solutions to prevent delays, backlogs, inefficiencies and minimize internal control issues. Be an active participant in developing solutions for complex problems.  Demonstrate ability to identify risks.

Claims Assistant

Compensation: $21.75 – $27 USD

The Workers’ Compensation Claims Assistant’s primary role is to provide administrative and technical support for Claims Adjusters and to perform various administrative tasks in support of claim handling requirements. 

Data Entry: 

  • Enter and review claim notes in the claims management system.
  • Create, review and complete diaries in the claims management system.
  • May assist with creating new claims in the claims management system.
  • Review and describe mail in the claims management system.

Technical Administrative Support:

  • Process payments.
  • Create and send benefit notices and letters.
  • Prepare litigation documents, such as settlement documents.
  • Calculate and pay mileage reimbursement requests.
  • File and serve documents to multiple parties.
  • Perform other activities and projects as assigned.

Communication:

  • Call medical providers to obtain information related to work status, treatment plans, and next appointment.
  • Schedule medical appointments and send appointment letters.
  • Process vendor referrals, including transportation, translation, investigation, and other services.
  • Respond to telephonic and email inquiries.
  • Make other outbound calls as required.

Client Experience Associate – Part time

Compensation: $25-45 per hour

As a CX Associate, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our 10,000s of investors during one of our busiest seasons – tax season. You’ll play a key role in the development of our best in class client interaction and customer service while providing exceptional email and chat support. You’ll also work closely with our brokerage operations team (on issues including account onboarding, KYC/AML processes, etc.). This role is contracted for 3 months with the potential to come on full time pending business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond and resolve customer requests and questions via chat and email
  • Escalate customer issues and help develop best practices for efficient customer engagement
  • Assist with KYC/AML operations, account onboarding, and technical troubleshooting
  • Translate customer needs into recommendations for CX and engineering – this is an opportunity to directly influence the Titan roadmap
  • The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday (27 hours)
    • Monday: 9am-5pm EST (7)
    • Tues-Fri: 10am-3pm EST (5)

Customer Support Representative

Compensation: $27.88 an hour plus potential for overtime plus wifi and snacks allowance for remote employees and up to $1500 for a wfh stipend.

Executive Assistant

Compensation: $73,550 – $90,850 USD.

Executive Assistants handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and work independently with little supervision. They truly are talented individuals! They work with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Coordinating time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Collecting and analyzing information to prepare reports and prep executive for meetings
  • Provide historical reference by developing and using filing and retrieval systems and potentially recording meeting discussions

Executive Assistant, People

Compensation: $43.00 – $48.00 per hour
