Index / Intake Coordinator – Utilization Review:

Compensation: $16-17 per hour

EK Health is looking for our next team member with exceptional data entry and customer service skills! This is a great position for someone who loves to keep things organized, up to date and accurate. The indexing portion is comprised of scanning, indexing, categorizing, and uploading medical records and files to the corresponding Utilization Review or Medical Case Management case.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Scanning, Uploading, and labeling of case documents into the appropriate case files
  • Separating and sorting of hard copy/soft copy medical files and documents
  • Processing referrals with dedicated deadlines and sending reviews to our Health Care Professionals
  • Collecting medical files and documents to be scanned, indexed, and uploaded to web-based Utilization Review case management application
  • Heavy data entry

Executive Assistant:

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 a year

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the SVP, Experience & Product Marketing and SVP, Extreme Alliances. This role will be working closely with other members of the senior leadership team and requires a strong ability to be organized and professional while playing a vital role in ensuring a high level of communication within the Product Organization.

Responsibilities:
· Providing direct administrative support to the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging and SVP, Extreme Alliances.
· Maintaining calendar for the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging and SVP, Product, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparation of meeting materials and other related tasks.
· Compose and/or prepare presentations, memorandums, correspondence, and reports by identifying required information, researching background information, and gathering it from appropriate sources throughout the business.
· Coordination of travel arrangements, including preparation and submitting of expenses.
· Plan events and large meetings, including appropriate layout of rooms, seating arrangements, dinner menus, invitations, etc.
· Assisting the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging with day-to-day operations
· Manage and triage the workflow of the SVP, Experience & Product Messaging; prioritize and delegate on behalf of the executive.
· Additional ad hoc projects and requests as required.

Clinical Data Reviewer:

Compensation: $17—$21 USD

The Clinical Data Reviewer Is responsible for the accurate and timely work to effect filing of Insurance claims both pre and post claim submission.  This person will identify invalid clinical values to help drive clean claims and revenue pull through on all products and services. 

 This position will support the Clinical Data Specialist team and report to the Clinical Data Specialist Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Identify order and reimbursement deficiencies – both clinical and code related 

– Investigate and correct, where appropriate, deficient clinical claim information 

– Identify and escalate missing, and sometimes invalid, clinical order data for timely contact   resolution with supporting cross functional teams

– Partner with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple product projects simultaneously. 

– Research claim and account information using various systems and portals internal and external

– Stay current with relevant medical billing regulations, rules and guidelines

Medical Claim Analyst:

Compensation: $18.50-$34.60

Job Description:
-Responsible for initial review and triage of claims tasked for review.
-Determines coverage, verifies eligibility, identifies and redirects misdirects
-Responsible for prepping the authorization in the system and triage cases to medical staff for review.
-Organized and prioritizes work to meet regulatory and claim turn-around times
-Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services and health care team.
-Performs non-medical research and support
-Adheres to Compliance with PM Policies and Regulatory Standards.
-Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management,
regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
-Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality.
-Assist in the research and resolution of claims payment issues.

Research Admin Specialist II- US REMOTE:

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $77,760 – $92,960.

Your passion and expertise in clinical research will make you a key member of Huron’s Research Office Team. As a Clinical Research Administrative Specialist II, you’ll assist Huron’s Research Office team in developing coverage analysis reports, study budgets, study calendars, charge segregation, and other trial documentation required for clinical research studies, including industry, federally sponsored, and locally (investigator) sponsored research.

You will also assist in review and feedback for Clinical Research Administrative Specialist I projects and will begin to support client contacts for client specific needs. You’ll have the opportunity to expand upon your working knowledge and experience with clinical trial regulation, and to develop strong skills in the variety of service lines Huron’s Research Office offers.

Denial Prevention Analyst:

As a Denial Prevention Claims Analyst, you will:
-Research commercial and governmental payor policies, clinical abstracts and studies, and other documentation related to claims payment to evaluate and appeal denied claims
-Examine claims and calculate reimbursement based on contract terms to determine accuracy of payment through use of various reports and supporting documentation
-Review insurance contracts to gain thorough understanding of payment methodologies
-Contact insurance company to obtain missing information, explain and resolve denials and arrange for payment or adjustment processing on behalf of client
-Follow up on claims in a timely fashion as outlined in Revecore and/or departmental policies and procedures
-Document information in appropriate Revecore and client systems
-Prepare and submit correspondence such as letters, emails, online inquiries, appeals, adjustments, reports and payment posting
-Maintain regular contact with necessary parties regarding claims status including payors, clients, managers, and other Revecore personnel

Assistant Registrar:

All positions with Kaplan are paid at least $15 per hour or $31,200 per year for full-time positions.

Under the direction of the Registrar, the Assistant Registrar will oversee functions and operations to assure efficiency and accuracy while managing student records, processing a variety of records requests, and providing information and support to students, administration, faculty, alumni, and outside parties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Assist with the maintenance of student records. Ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external policies and regulations.

-Ability to manage and perform a wide range of data entry and information retrieval tasks using multiple systems.

-Collaborate frequently with supervisor, other administrative offices/staff, faculty, and students to plan, coordinate and evaluate activities/policies/systems, exchange information, explain and interpret policies and procedures, and investigate and resolve problems.

-Process requests for transcripts, name changes, academic status changes, program audits and enrollment and designation verifications to third parties, employers, and credentialing agencies.
