Fin Proc Clerk II (DMCS) 

Compensation: $20.95 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
– Prepare account reconciliations and various analyses supporting month end/quarter end financials, and help to ensure the integrity of accounting/financial data.

– Correctly apply payments or refunds to borrower accounts 

– Prepare, maintain, report financial exception data collection; explain the variances, identify the causes, and reconcile accounts

– Perform monthly exception financial review and reporting 

– Prepare daily/weekly/monthly exception accruals 

– Respond to data requests by providing supporting documentation within specified time-frame 

– Utilize financial systems to their maximum potential and make reporting effective, efficient, timely, accurate, and insightful

In this task, participants are required to rank prompts in natural language based on different criteria provided.   

  1. Analyzing user requests. Identifying the user’s intent. Determining what the response needs to include to fulfil the user’s requirements in the best possible way. Identifying if there are any valid reasons to skip the task.  
  2. Answering additional questions about the user request. Answering questions that will provide more insights about the user request, such as the number of instructions it contains and its clarity.  
  3. Analyzing & grading the first response. Rating the first response in regard to various evaluation criteria such as truthfulness, concision, satisfaction and other.  
  4. Rating the other responses.  Comparing and choosing a response to be ranked.  
  5. Writing a comment/reason for the chosen response.  
  6. Submitting the task. 

Part-time Bookkeeper

Compensation: : $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

  • Duties Include but are not limited to:
    • Collecting receipts
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions
    • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct general ledger
    • Perform partial checks of the posting process
    • Data entry, both manual and utilizing import software
    • Other projects as needed

Data Entry Specialist

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be responsible for assisting the Ziff Davis Shopping sales team with forecasting and booking inventory, processing and managing insertion orders, securing pricing approvals and supporting operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure media plans include accurate pricing, run dates, approved ad products and available inventory adhere to the current workflows and systems (e.g. Salesforce, AdForce1, DFT, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce records, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of account information to support efficient sales operations.
  • Leverage and integrate proprietary data points related to the Ziff Davis Shopping business into a well-developed media plan for our advertising partners.
  • Foster relationships with ADs and ISRs who will help guide account strategies.
  • You will liaise cross-functionally with Ad Operations, CRM and Finance teams regarding campaign development, setup and implementation to ensure successful launch.

Remote Account Coordinator:

Compensation: $16.00 – $29.00

Level 1

  • Process and complete all in-coming general supply order requests (billable/non-billable), to include rollout spreadsheets.
  • Use order review tool to evaluate and adjust supply quantity requests.
  • Email order confirmations to requesting clients.
  • Generate and review Oracle un-booked report.
  • Enter new Oracle billable and non-billable shipping addresses.
  • Research and resolve order related issues.
  • Communicate to department management processing delays and/or supply issues impacting clients and department service level agreements.
  • Maintain daily electronic phone log.
  • Handle incoming phone calls/emails and respond to client inquires and requests in a timely, friendly and helpful manner.

Client Support Specialist

Compensation: $17 per hour

The Client Support Specialist (Bilingual, Spanish) is a quick learner who is reliable, can multitask, with strong phone, text, and e-mail communication skills. The primary function of this role is to support the different omni channel communication platforms that necessitate a response to both internal (Consumer Direct/Retail) and external clients.

Executive Assistant:

JOB DUTIES 

  • Perform typing, filing, information gathering, internet research, distributing correspondence and other administrative support functions for C level Executive(s) /EVP(s). Interface with executives, outside clients, members of the Board of Directors and others. 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls and make travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare graphic presentations for internal and external meetings and presentations.  
  • Coordinate the collection of support documents and preparation of reports. Perform research and generate reports as required.  
  • Prepare and amend letters, contracts and other documents.  

Executive Assistant / Corporate Administrator:

Salary Range: $38,475 USD to $57,675 USD

This position is responsible for understanding the products and processes of the E-Channel, including all Atlantic Union Bank’s online banking platforms, bill pay and maintenance, mobile products and services, online chat and secure email, unsecure email, and other online customer utilization. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities.  Incumbent should be logical in their approach and be able to handle multiple tasks during the course of work performed. 

Position Accountabilities

  • Effectively assist customers with E-Channel needs through various inbound methods, including inbound calls, secure and non-secure email, and online chat.
  • Provide exemplary service and tact through verbal and non-verbal communications with a special emphasis on written communication in email and chat form.
  • Handle all questions and inquiries through these channels, including questions related to loans, deposits, and maintenance.
  • Conduct research as needed regarding bill pay and online channel customer issues.
  • Handle escalated and next tier calls related to e-channel questions, including browser incompatibility and password resets and lockouts.
  • Able to support service related social media questions and concerns and moderation.
