Remote No Phone Work Opportunities for 09/20/2023

Position Overview:
The Call Monitor works with the Inside Loan Agent Division and assists by monitoring and analyzing calls and call data. The primary function of this position is to listen to calls and evaluate the quality of the call. By both using call monitoring software and Excel, the Call Monitor will provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement. A successful Call Monitor will effectively prioritize work load and practice exceptional attention to detail.
Duties:
- Review calls for adherence to established rules, guidelines and acceptability.
- Provide feedback on areas of improvement to Sales Managers, Managers and Team Leads.
- Respond to Management requests for specific calls, call data or reports.
- Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the call evaluation.
- Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
- Must be available to work shifts between 5am to 7pm, including weekends.
- Other duties may be assigned.
