Data Administrative Associate:

Performs duties associated with our address change service process. Creates various reports, monitors, and facilitates vendor and company communication in a manner which contributes to our clients’ satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Creates weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes.
-Initiates account changes associated with the new post office box.
-Contacts vendors to request that addresses are updated to the appropriate post office box via phone call, fax, or email.
-Creates status and summary reports for account representatives and clients.
-Works overtime as needed.

Customer Experience Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Customer Experience Specialist who specializes in software and hardware requirements. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer experience: interact with customers via email (and eventually phone) to deliver outstanding support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
-Specialize in hardware and software support. Develop a deep understanding of heat pump systems, wireless, hardware components, controls and related technologies to effectively assist customers with their specific needs and requirements.
-Resolve technical issues: Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to the Gradient systems, hardware installations, controls and functionality. Provide step by step instructions and customer guidance to customers to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate engineering teams for further assistance.

Maintenance System Agent / Scheduler:

Pay Range $31,200.00 – $48,000.00 – $64,800.00

Position will be required to follow established procedures, work with limited supervision, and be accurate in their data entry. Position will be remote. Candidates must have a strong and reliable internet connection.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with:

-Maintenance Management System (Maximo in specific) or comparable ticketing systems such as Remedy
-Parts Ordering Processes
-Data entry and data processing and data remediation
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-High school education or equivalent and 4 years of related experience.

Provides administrative and secretarial support to one or more mid-level professionals. Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. May assist in budget preparation and control activities. May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.

Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served. May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. PROFESSIONAL SCORER:

?Our scoring season will begin with the first orientation in late July to early August. We are looking for conscientious people to read and score student responses. Applicants first undergo orientation, pass the qualifying levels, and then score actual student responses.

During orientation, applicants will analyze student papers to learn the scoring system, score practice papers, and discuss the results with lead instructors. Additionally, all applicants must pass a qualifying test to become a scorer.

?Write Score has scorer positions available throughout the school year and the position requires scorers who have a 2-year college degree and pass the final qualifying test.

Fulfillment Specialist I:

Compensation: $14.25 To $20.00 / hour

Success in this position will require monitoring files, understanding processes, the ability to solve problems and effectively communicate both internally and externally. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform daily and monthly fulfillment tasks of print and debit card materials related to HealthEquity’s health care accounts and commuter/transit benefits (including daily print production files, monthly account statements, annual tax forms, etc.)
• Work directly with print and fulfillment vendors to ensure expectations are met
• Assist in updating various materials and forms to be posted online in member and client portals
• Review vendor proofs and verify welcome kit setup with print production vendors
• Ownership of the special mailings process to print and mail letter communications, including scheduled letters and one-time requests
• Work closely with Communications team to maintain print and mail processes
