• Actively monitor queues to review and act on alerts flagging potentially concerning student activity.
• Analyze flagged content (including self-harm, violence, child sexual abuse material, and bullying) and determine context and student intent. 
• Identify harmful online behavior and communicate with clients to advise appropriate responses. 
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Technical Support, Sales, Customer Success) to resolve client needs.  
• Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest online threats to students. 
• Review escalated alerts and contact school officials by phone to prompt urgent action. 
• Identify emerging issues and trends to inform solution development. 
• Participate in team projects and initiatives. 
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.  

Fan Support Specialist:

Medical Records Coordinator – Remote:

This position is responsible for extracting medical records for different departments within the company by IDX requests, ETM System, Claims or Insurance requests by correspondence. Employee must have good organizational skills, time management skills, and be flexible.

-Completes medical records requests from the ETM system as needed for insurance companies and various departments onsite and offsite.
-Access hospital websites to print records for requests.
-Print records from Onbase Scanning.
-Complete all requests by returning to the requestor, attaching necessary forms, or submitting with claim.

• Monitor theatres normal reporting time and evaluate the need to contact or communicate with the day shift on issues that can be handled during the day.

Data Entry Specialist – 76313:

This role will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues within merchant onboarding, including store activations, menu updates, and marketing promotions

• Use Data Loader to bulk upload new records in Salesforce and bulk update existing records in Salesforce to ensure our merchant data is up to date and our internal operations are running smoothly
• Use Salesforce to build reports and dashboards to monitor store activations and take action when needed to resolve issues identified in reports

Data Entry Specialist:
