
The highly anticipated holidays are upon us! Although this is normally a very joyous time, it’s a very burdensome time for those who do not have money to do what they desire to do.
Responsibilities such as gifts, food, and other items place hefty burdens on our budgets and run the risk of not being met. Today, that changes because I am going to show you twenty different places you can visit online while at home, work on your own time, and be hired without an interview.
Some of these gigs allow you to work from you phone if you do not have a computer.
Without further delay, let’s jump into these gigs.
- Remotasks: Remotasks allows you to work on short term tasks that average about $18-21 per hour. They have annotation projects, AI rating projects, and peer reviewing projects. After the initial screening, you are placed on projects based off your scores.
- Slice The Pie: Slicethepie is the largest paid review site on the internet. You earn cash for every review you leave. Your feedback on tracks, clothing and lots more goes directly to help artists, record labels and brands make decisions. As your reviews improve, you earn more.
- Ellis Apartment Mystery Shopper: An apartment mystery shopper poses as a prospective resident looking for an apartment in order to evaluate and give feedback on their experience. The interviews are done onsite, online, and over the phone. Mystery shoppers are paid once a month.
- 3PlayMedia: This company is relatively fast with responding to applications. I applied to the job on a Tuesday, and I was sent the contract to begin work on the following Sunday. 3Play Media contractors earn weekly paychecks working remotely from home providing captioning and transcripts. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Casting Words Workshop: Casting Words Workshop hires freelancers to transcribe, edit, and complete other short jobs online, at your own pace. Work as much or as little as you want, when you want. There are no fees associated with becoming a freelancer. This platform has a lot of jobs that are available, but you must refresh and login early to catch them. Their application process is fairly simple: sign up, work, and get paid.
- REV: REV offers flexible scheduling. You are required to work the tasks that you select. The site promises a steady stream of work. Freelancers either work as transcriptionists or captioners. You are required to take an English exam, submit a sample, and wait to be approved.
- Respondent: On Respondent’s site, you’ll find paid research studies across surveys, interviews, focus groups and get paid to share your insights with researchers worldwide. Join a community of 3M+ research participants in making money by participating in online research projects. Each month, Respondent pays thousands of participants and is a reliable source of side income, regardless of your profession.
- Jury Test: JuryTest is a case evaluation and strategy development tool. It is a fast and cost-efficient alternative to mock trials and litigation focus groups. Counsel records a case summary or argument on our toll-free telephone line, 1.888.JURYTEST. A geographically selected group of “jurors” listens to your case and reviews your exhibits. Feedback is provided securely on the JuryTest website, where you can analyze and sort juror responses and learn the issues that jurors care about.
- Notary Cam: Before you invest time in becoming a notary or signing up on the site, make sure your site allows you to conduct online notary activities. The RON Signing Agent will take responsibility for preparing closing documents for signings, provide first-line technical troubleshooting, and be the face of NotaryCam. Notary will walk signers through signing their documents in a remote online closing. All RON Signing Agents will abide by their state legislation as they complete identity verification with signers, apply notarial statements, and administer oaths as needed.

With students spread across the globe, you can start tutoring at any time of the day based on your schedule. Work as little or as much as you want. No minimum hours, ever!
- Virtual Baby Sitter’s Club: This company hires hardworking, unique, and creative contractor called performers who can use their own skills and content to captivate viewers via live video-chat. All performative types are welcomed. Seeking singers, dancers, puppeteers, hosts, artists, improvisors, magicians, game makers, and more. Their application process includes submitting a resume and a headshot.
- Humanatic: Listen to a recorded phone call, answer a simple question with the click of a button, and earn real money. When you first start, you are given access to the two easiest categories of calls. As you advance, you will unlock new categories which will provide more opportunities to earn. You are paid weekly and can complete the tasks on your phone, computer, or tablet.
- UpCaller: Upcaller pays its contractors to make cold calls on the behalf of their clients. For each call, you can see the script and call tasks, information about the contact and the client, and much more. Applying to Upcall takes 5 minutes and we usually approve within a few days. Then, take modules and learn how to cold call at your own pace.
- WriteScore: Write Score is a fast-growing educational company that helps administrators, teachers, and students use our assessment data to promote learning and academic achievement. Applicants first undergo orientation, pass the qualifying levels, and then score actual student responses. During orientation, applicants will analyze student papers to learn the scoring system, score practice papers, and discuss the results with lead instructors. Additionally, all applicants must pass a qualifying test to become a scorer.

- Appen: Appen offers opportunities that range from simple surveys that can be completed in less than one hour to on-going projects that last for months or longer. Leverage your social media interest, mobile device savviness, your college degree in linguistics, online research skills, or passion for images, video, or audio.
- BKA Content: BKA Content is looking for experienced Blog Writers with high-level editing abilities to write and edit blogs that provide tips, guides and helpful information on how families can help their senior parents. You can work anywhere and get paid hourly for the work you do. You are also paid for training.
- SmithAI: SmithAI hires for Virtual Receptionists and Customer Engagement Representatives. SmithAI offers English and bilingual positions.
- Call Center QA: This exciting contract work from home opportunity is for men and woman who don’t mind speaking on the phone, have great listening and writing skills, and a strong attention to detail. No previous experience is necessary and we do NOT require a background check. You must be at least 18 years or older and be a current resident of the United States however to apply. You will get paid within seven days to complete a telephone mystery shop along with a brief online feedback form (only 1 page long).
