Operations Associate, Negotiations:

Compensation: $20 – $24/hour + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a curious and passionate Operations Associate to support and optimize our growing portfolio of products and marketing initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Interact with users via Intercom & Email to answer questions regarding Negotiations, Outages, and/or other Revenue based service
• Work with the negotiations team to suggest and improve workflows, back end infrastructure and processes
• Coach our away teams and insure they have resources needed to maintain efficiency and a high level of quality
• Respond to chargebacks/disputes of payments made to Rocket Money, outside of the sphere of Operations (such as Premium, Pay Advances, etc.)
• Maintain and update documentation related to general Operations in Notion or Slack
• Disseminate new processes to away team and insure they are compliant with active procedures
• Oversee specific queues (Flagged For Review, Call Control, Bills ready to negotiate, etc) and provide feedback & coaching to team leaders based on their content
• Review analytics daily and weekly to construct plans to further increase efficiency & development
• Partner with the support team to craft new ideas to best support our users

Customer Experience Agent:

Compensation: $20 – $28 an hour

Duties:

• Top notch customer service: you will be fielding all in-bound customer service emails and questions through Zendesk, live chat and our social channels (i.e, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). Manage returns process, deal with disputes and prevent fraud
• Order logistics and fulfillment: you will be one of our key points of contact with our fulfillment warehouses around the world. You will help ensure timely deliveries of B-to-C orders and provide support when needed. 
• Product expert: you will be intimately familiar with our product line. You will answer specific product questions and be able to help customers find the best product for their home or business.

EDGAR Filing Agent:

The EDGAR Filing Agent is responsible for converting and filing documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on EDGAR systems using desktop software.

EDGAR CONVERSIONS

• Provides high-quality and prompt turn-around of converted EDGAR documents allowing for timely client review before filing.
• Converts documents to an EDGAR acceptable format and submits to SEC, on behalf of client, on schedule and in compliance with regulations.
• Facilitates advance payment of filing fees with client in accordance with SEC provisions.
• Confirms and forwards SEC acceptance notices to client.
• Provides guidance and oversight to the team when needed.
• Provides a daily log of all pending and filed jobs for that reporting cycle.
• Maintains XBRL trackers to ensure clients follow the XBRL rule.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Assists manager with projects and staying up to date with SEC requirements and new regulations.
• Helps maintain summary prospectus websites so clients follow regulations.
• Performs clerical and administrative support tasks for associates.

Shipper Claims & Loss Prevention Processor:

We are seeking a detailed, organized, and analytical individual to investigate and process incoming claims from our shipper partners. The individual in this role should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in recording claims findings and financial results. The Claims & Loss Prevention Processor will also handle inbound and outbound messages to Pandion shipper partners and should seek to create a positive claims experience for our shippers.  

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

• Investigating package claims and determining claim payment amounts 
• Recording and maintaining claims information in Excel 
• Communicating claims outcomes to internal and external partners 

• Assist in maintaining claim forms and processes 
• Maintaining records of business activity 
• Performing claims data entry 
• Assisting with special claims projects

Care Support Representative

Compensation:  $20.00-$22.00

As a Care Support Coordinator at Maven, you will: 

• Be a first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to our members and providers primarily through email and in-app messaging via Zendesk
• Share information about Maven with our members – everything from product functionality to the range of our provider services and beyond
• Provide personalized appointment booking support
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate technical issues as appropriate
• Collaborate with your teammates to provide the best possible solutions for Maven members and providers, within target response times and with high member satisfaction
• Keep clear and thorough documentation of your work
• Collaborate as a team with the Care Advocates at Maven who are responsible for member case management 
• Relay member insights to management to improve product development, team processes, and workflows
• Other duties as assigned

Social Media Customer Service Representative:

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and respond to incoming messages across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) in a timely and professional manner. 
• Engage customers in a professional and empathetic manner, addressing their inquiries and feedback effectively. 
• Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions, troubleshooting steps, and escalation when necessary. 
• Contribute to the development of social media response templates, FAQs, and resources to streamline customer support processes. 
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate information to customers. 
• Proactively identify trends and common issues from social media interactions, providing insights to improve our products, services, and customer experience. 

Operations Data Entry Specialist:

Compensation: $20 per hour

We are looking for an Operations Data Entry Specialist to join our team and assist with all aspects of order processing, from receiving and reviewing customer orders to processing them through our system, generating order confirmations and invoices, communicating with customers to resolve any order issues, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review customer orders from web platform and sales team
• Verify order accuracy and completeness
• Process orders through our order processing system
• Generate order confirmations and invoices
• Communicate and support customers to resolve order and fulfillment issues
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

(REMOTE) DATA ENTRY POSITION:

Compensation: $14.50 PER HR.

Responsibilities:

• Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.
• May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
• Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
• Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
• Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
• Captures information based on client requirements.
• Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- CYBERSECURITY (REMOTE):

Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000 salary

This position will provide specialized administrative support to Vice President and department. They will perform a broad range of administrative duties to support the daily business operation including planning and scheduling meetings, managing customer inquiries, reviewing documents and planning events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties: Manages Officer calendar, processes expenses, handles correspondence, including typing and drafting emails, memos, and presentations. Compiles information for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Manages the department budget.
• Project Coordination: Attends conference calls and meetings to note action items and creates and manages follow-up with appropriate parties. Organizes, prioritizes and coordinates multiple internal and external work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Event Planning: Coordinates and executes internal and external events; including securing locations, handling logistics, meeting set up and catering as needed.
• Travel Planning: Arranges travel and all accommodations for both domestic and international travel including but not limited to: Passport/visa requirement if necessary, booking flights, hotel, local transportation and provide comprehensive and detailed itineraries. May on occasion arrange travel for leader’s direct reports or internal/external business partners.
