Pay Support Agent:

Job Responsibilities:

• Pay Support’s primary responsibility is to provide services to Overstock.com customers (both external and internal) when normal avenues have failed to provide the proper Charge or Credit.
• Use various accounting and financial tools to accomplish the goals of the team such as Vantiv, Credit Terminal, Coin Payments, Coinbase, PayPal, etc.
• Work and research Overstock.com physical and Electronic Gift Cards, Tax Exemptions, and accounting spreadsheets.
• Agent should be knowledgeable in customer service policies and procedures to come up with the best resolution that is fair for both our customers and Overstock.com.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
• Must be able to perform daily tasks that require details and accuracy on accounts serviced.

Data Entry Specialist:

Pays: $24-26/hr

We are urgently looking to hire a US-based remote dynamic data entry specialist to join our company’s administrative department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for entering client information into our electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and organizing soft copies of information appropriately.

To ensure success you should have a razor-sharp eye for detail and excellent knowledge of data management.

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
-Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.

Enrollment Chat Specialist:

The Enrollment Chat Specialist will work with/assist potential customers to inform them of available product offerings, consult with them on the best product for their situation, assist with enrollment questions, and provide solutions for the customer.

Position responsibilities:

• Providing information and support for individuals navigating the application, decision, and enrollment processes into Stride public and private schools
• Providing routine advice and guidance to prospective and current students regarding applicable policies and procedures, document requirements and resolves typical process problems as they occur to ensure family satisfaction
• Managing high chat/SMS volume of both inbound and outbound messages, meet Quality Assurance targets and help achieve Enrollment targets with a high standard of accuracy and excellent communication skills
• Discussing product features, costs, terms and coordinate sales agreements and transactions with internal team members, with high integrity, through secure online processes
• Utilizing Knowledge Base to keep up to date with frequent changes to schools and their enrollment policies and procedures, messaging these appropriately to parents/primary caregivers
• Acting as an initial and ongoing contact point for enrolling families, staff, and internal departments
• Answering prospective and enrolling families’ questions and concerns with one or more of Stride’s school products or services

Product Support Specialist:

Job duties include, but are not limited to, processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning, scanning documents to proper location in accordance to the Record Retention Policy, any tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document process, and communicating with coworkers and supervisor to maintain proper processing methods and remain aware of proper procedures. They will perform these duties while meeting the goals of Ensemble Health Partners, as well as meeting the regulatory compliance requirements.

Essential Functions:

• All Scanning Department duties relating to various departments’ work that occurs in Patient Financial Services
• Processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning
• Scanning documents to proper location in accordance to the Record Retention Policy
• Any tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document process
• Proper communications with coworker and supervisors to maintain proper processing methods

Claims Support:

Job Summary:

This remote position is responsible for performing all clerical duties on new incoming claims; Including logging of claim and requesting any necessary information from clinics and/or customers. This position also monitors reports for tracking workflow and service goals.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Accurately and efficiently log claims; This may include paper claims, faxed claims, and emailed claims based on established time-frames and goals.
• Back-up the claims support supervisor as needed; assist team members with questions and training; assigning tasks, respond to emails
• Identify incomplete claim forms and/or need for additional information required to process claim;  Request additional information in a prompt, professional manner as required via fax, email, or phone.
• Meet performance metrics set forth by department management
• Contact veterinary clinics and/or customers to secure medical records and claim related information
• Provide accurate and adequate documentation of all client and veterinary communication
• Provide “best in class” customer service to our customers to discuss claims
• Self-manage priorities and resources

Claims Document Processor – Central and East States (Contract):

Starting Pay: $15 – $15.96/hour, based on location and experience.

Job Summary:

As a Claims Document Processor, you will review claim related electronic documents and will be responsible for quickly and accurately dispositioning each document, evaluating document quality and requesting rescans as necessary. You will follow established processes and/or utilize your best judgment to determine appropriate document type, related claim(s), specialized document handling instructions, such as document splitting or envelope inclusion. May be required to work additional over-time of 1-2 hours per week, at leadership discretion.

Essential Job Functions:

-Reviews document image to ensure appropriate image quality/all pages scanned correctly and requests rescan of document when necessary.
-Reorients and reorders document pages as needed.
-Ensures that copies of envelopes are included with documents when needed for regulatory compliance. -Uses established guidelines and/or judgment to determine appropriate document type and necessary indexing fields.

Customer Support Associate:

Our target salary range for this role will be between $55-$60k annually, dependent on prior professional experience. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm PST, occasional evenings and weekends

What You’ll Do:

-Answer inbound emails and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
-Schedule Zoom calls with customers to walk through complex issues or provide live product training
-Provide customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve all platform related issues
-Show customers the value of the Jebbit platform in every interaction and educate them on new features and functionality
-Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams regarding platform issues or product gaps
-Research and troubleshot bugs to report them clearly with technical teams via JIRA tickets
-Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings

Administration Assistant:

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To provide administrative support including preparing correspondence and reports, filing and other general office support activities.

Duties:

• Assigns new claims to the appropriate claims handler.
• Enters verbal and written application information that meets both the internal and external customers’ requirements accurately into the claims management system.
• Contacts the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system regarding documentation required to process a claim, required time frames and claim status.
