Compensation: Salary range of $20 – $24/hour.

-Develop, maintain, and execute processes that provide key services to users

-Be Detail-oriented – you’re not scared to sift through large amounts of data
-Prioritize multiple queues and manage daily workflow to ensure requests are resolved quickly and efficiently
-Resolve unique situations and improve workflows to account for new or uncommon issues
-Ensure positive user experience by determining when additional information is needed or troubleshooting breakdowns in processe.

Customer Data Specialist:

The Customer Data Specialist is responsible for the administration and tactical maintenance of data within the Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) module. The position requires the use of independent judgment to manage all assigned projects, daily tasks, and interpret and apply Entrust business practices and systems.

Duties:

• Manage and respond to all TCA requests sent to the Customer Data Specialist including
  • New customer account and address creation in Oracle
  • Adding, removing, or updating existing account information (contacts, addresses, etc.)
  • Entrust’s ecommerce store (eStore) user set up and user updates
  • Customer account name changes and merges associated with acquisitions
  • Cleansing of duplicate accounts
• Maintain integrity of the data that is entered into the Oracle TCA using system tools, recommended naming conventions, and established business processes

Chat Advocate:

What You Get to Do:

As part of a dynamic and engaging team, the Chat Advocate is responsible for communicating with customers via live chat and answering questions pertaining to the loan application process. Your day will consist of responding to general questions, assisting with troubleshooting the bank verification step, uploading emailed documents, and/or requesting additional documents as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive business through excellent customer service at every step of the application process
-Build relationships via electronic communication
-Using provided resources to help navigate customers through the Instant Bank Verification process
-Review and evaluate customer’s financial documents and research financial history
-Collaborate with Underwriters and Loan Advocates to process loan applications in an expedited fashion
-Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
-Act as a subject matter expert regarding the application process
-Answer chats in a timely manner
-Work within multiple chats simultaneously
-Identify useful documents required for the application process

Customer Experience Agent:

Compensation: $23 – $28 an hour

Fellow is looking for a positive, thoughtful, and quick-thinking Customer Experience Agent to support the use of our coffee tools out in the wild.

Full-time position available (40 hours/week) available remotely anywhere in the United States.

You’ll be fielding all in-bound customer service emails and questions through Zendesk, live chat, and our social channels (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). You’ll not only process returns, deal with disputes, and prevent fraud, but also help customers fine-tune their brew recipe and pick out the perfect Fellow gift.

A typical shift could look as follows: You will answer all customer emails and chats quickly and efficiently via Zendesk, look into missing/late shipments via our fulfillment platform, identify trends in customer feedback and report these to the Operations team, and come up with creative solutions to maintain a high customer satisfaction score.

Data Entry Clerk – Remote

Compensation: $18.00 / hour

What Will You Do?

-General data entry within departmental platforms such as ATS, payroll system, etc.
-Create new employee profiles within payroll system
-Transfer files into main document management system
-Support reporting and auditing
-Document and escalate high priority or time sensitive matters to the Lead HR Shared Services Representative
-Stay current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs
-Other duties as assigned

Technical Support Specialist:

The Product (Technical) Support Specialist will need to quickly develop subject matter expertise in our product and services in order to help our customers get the best possible lead data and ensure their future success!

• Receive inbound and support cases via email, web form, live chat and/or internal escalation
• Receive support cases escalated for advanced or specialized product knowledge requirements
• Receive support cases escalated for service issues, customer sensitivity or urgency, independently or in collaboration with Customer Support Risk leadership and/or a Customer Success Manager
• Create, track, and update support tickets using software tools
• Address support cases within the set SLA as per the established standards for the role, functional area and/or business unit
• Provide clear and accurate communication with customers through various channels
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and analysis activities as required to address support cases
