Product Support Specialist:

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Product Support Specialist to be the first member of our customer support team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be on the front lines supporting, triaging, and resolving customer inquiries and completing various tasks assisting the broader Customer Success team. What you’ll do:

-Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
-Process and complete set tasks submitted by our Customer Success Managers on behalf of their customers
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
-Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
-Assist with customer data collection, data validation, and data entry

The Opportunity:

Job duties include, but are not limited to, processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning, scanning documents to proper location in accordance to the Record Retention Policy, any tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document process, and communicating with coworkers and supervisor to maintain proper processing methods and remain aware of proper procedures. They will perform these duties while meeting the goals of Ensemble Health Partners, as well as meeting the regulatory compliance requirements.

Essential Functions:

• All Scanning Department duties relating to various departments’ work that occurs in Patient Financial Services
• Processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning
• Scanning documents to proper location in accordance to the Record Retention Policy
• Any tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document process
• Proper communications with coworker and supervisors to maintain proper processing methods

Claims Support:

Job Summary:

This remote position is responsible for performing all clerical duties on new incoming claims; Including logging of claim and requesting any necessary information from clinics and/or customers. This position also monitors reports for tracking workflow and service goals.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Accurately and efficiently log claims; This may include paper claims, faxed claims, and emailed claims based on established time-frames and goals.
• Back-up the claims support supervisor as needed; assist team members with questions and training; assigning tasks, respond to emails
• Identify incomplete claim forms and/or need for additional information required to process claim;  Request additional information in a prompt, professional manner as required via fax, email, or phone.
• Meet performance metrics set forth by department management
• Contact veterinary clinics and/or customers to secure medical records and claim related information
• Provide accurate and adequate documentation of all client and veterinary communication
• Provide “best in class” customer service to our customers to discuss claims
• Self-manage priorities and resources

Claims Document Processor – Central and East States (Contract):

Starting Pay: $15 – $15.96/hour, based on location and experience.

Job Summary:

As a Claims Document Processor, you will review claim related electronic documents and will be responsible for quickly and accurately dispositioning each document, evaluating document quality and requesting rescans as necessary. You will follow established processes and/or utilize your best judgment to determine appropriate document type, related claim(s), specialized document handling instructions, such as document splitting or envelope inclusion. May be required to work additional over-time of 1-2 hours per week, at leadership discretion.

Essential Job Functions:

-Reviews document image to ensure appropriate image quality/all pages scanned correctly and requests rescan of document when necessary.
-Reorients and reorders document pages as needed.
-Ensures that copies of envelopes are included with documents when needed for regulatory compliance. -Uses established guidelines and/or judgment to determine appropriate document type and necessary indexing fields.

Customer Support Associate:

Our target salary range for this role will be between $55-$60k annually, dependent on prior professional experience. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm PST, occasional evenings and weekends

What You’ll Do:

-Answer inbound emails and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
-Schedule Zoom calls with customers to walk through complex issues or provide live product training
-Provide customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve all platform related issues
-Show customers the value of the Jebbit platform in every interaction and educate them on new features and functionality
-Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams regarding platform issues or product gaps
-Research and troubleshot bugs to report them clearly with technical teams via JIRA tickets
-Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings

Administration Assistant:

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To provide administrative support including preparing correspondence and reports, filing and other general office support activities.

Duties:

• Assigns new claims to the appropriate claims handler.
• Enters verbal and written application information that meets both the internal and external customers’ requirements accurately into the claims management system.
• Contacts the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system regarding documentation required to process a claim, required time frames and claim status.

Data Entry Operator / Remote (Junior):

As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Your responsibilities will include:

-Inputting, verifying, and maintaining data into our database systems
-Performing regular data quality checks and audits
-Organizing and categorizing data to ensure easy access and retrieval
-Assisting in the creation and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines
-Collaborating with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
-Meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy in data entry

Card Operations Specialist I:

Pays: $16.50 To $23.25 / hour

The Card Operations Coordinator performs the day-to-day servicing activities for the card operations including resolving sophisticated cardholder issues in Salesforce, resolving errors, pulling, and reviewing vendor reports, and reviewing card transactions for fraudulent activity.

What you’ll be doing

-Research, analyze, and process various reports and error lists
-Identify and troubleshoot account servicing issues, taking ownership for resolution and communication with the requestor
-Respond to advanced customer issues promptly and effectively
-Pull and review reports for suspicious/fraudulent card transactions

Patient Data Administrator:

CTG is seeking Healthcare Data Validation Analysts for our client in the Southeast.
The client is moving to a new EHR and in preparation for this implementation, will be performing data cleanup and merging duplicate records stored in disparate systems. The Data Validation Analyst will manually review records identified as potential duplicates in these various applications to verify them as distinct records or confirm the need to merge.

Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and demonstrated commitment to privacy, security, and confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) is required.
Prior experience working with medical records is ideal.
