Enrollment Representative- Intake (data entry)
The Enrollment Representative Intake coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming documents, the creation of new patient and prescriber records and the distribution of documentation to appropriate departments. The Intake coordinator strives to work efficiently and accurately to provide appropriate and timely information to other departments.
How you will make an impact:
Perform intake of initial patient referrals received including but not limited to the collection and data entry of patient demographic, prescriber, medical, therapy, insurance and financial information.
Create new patient accounts within appropriate systems in a timely manner.
Files incoming documents accurately in corresponding patient chart.
Effectively communicates all incoming documents to appropriate department.

This remote position is responsible for performing all clerical duties on new incoming claims; Including logging of claim and requesting any necessary information from clinics and/or customers. This position also monitors reports for tracking workflow and service goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures as referenced in the employee manual and other desk procedures for the position.
- Receive, sort, and open mail.
- Prepare mail, such as applications, returned mail and verification documents for scanning.
- Print documents for outbound mailing and prep and scan.
- Create batches to prepare for transition to document scanning, including using appropriate separator sheets. Image documents using scanners. Store documents after scanning in controlled secure storage room.
- Operate mailroom equipment including letter opener, sorter, shredder, postage meter, imaging/scanning equipment, etc.
- Ensure mailroom and scanning equipment are maintained according to schedule and in good operating order and notify the Operations Manager of any equipment problems or failures immediately upon identification.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
E-Commerce Web Invoicing Specialist:
The pay range for this position is $23.00/hour – $26.00/hour USD.
Ensure timely and accurate submission and delivery of invoices into Web client portals and adhere to all related practices and policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to global businesses on all web invoicing and web portal support.
- Execute the timely data entry of commercial invoices related web portal invoice submissions.
- Facilitate follow up calls or correspondence to internal and external clients to help resolve invoice pricing and purchase order issues.
- Assist with commercial invoicing requests received from the Global Invoice Distribution Team related to web invoicing portals.
- Investigate and assist in the resolution of client invoice disputes.
- Prepare and email client invoices when requested.
- Maintain accurate notes on all departmental documentation.
- Work with global divisional finance staff to address client invoices and questions.
- Recommend techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices.
- Assist Corporate Collections Department with the resubmission of invoices as needed.
- Prepare a variety of reports as requested.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Medical Insurance Verification Specialist:
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20.42 to $24.50 plus generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits. This position does have some phone duties.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Accurately carries out the responsibility for verifying patient insurance coverage and ensures that necessary visits and procedures are covered by an individual’s provider
Demonstrates proficiency in working with insurance companies (phone, chat, website) and has extensive knowledge of different types of coverage and policies
Forwards patients who have outstanding balances to a Billing Representative
Maintains and adheres to the company’s HIPAA and Compliance regulations
