Legal Transcriptionist:

Coordinate availability with the scheduling department maintaining a minimum of 40 hours a week. Exceed client expectations regarding quality checking all aspects of the job to ensure it is free of errors. Produce and certify final copy for delivery. Be available for other duties/projects that may arise during your normal business hours

Claims Representative:

[From the job post] Help our customers maintain their health, well-being and sense of security by ensuring medical claims are processed accurately and timely for healthcare providers and policy holders while protecting the confidentiality of our customer’s personal health information.  Under direct supervision performs duties relating to the claims adjudication process from review of the claim form, verification of eligibility, verification of coordination of benefits with insurance carriers, and finalizing based on the health benefits plan.  Technical advice and assistance will be provided by Technical Coaches.

Medical Records Specialist:

[From the job post] The Medical Records Specialist is responsible for requesting, obtaining and submitting medical records to insurance providers. The individual will be expected to work cross-functionally across many departments (sales, operations, billing, and lab teams) to serve our patient and client needs.

Remote Data Entry Operator:

[From the job post] Responsibilities: Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry. Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials. Creating digital documents from paper or dictation. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies. Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups. Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems. Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies. Hybrid IF local, otherwise the position is 100% remote.

Junior Member Support Specialist:

Communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to questions surrounding the Trust & Will products, services and general estate planning. Handle a user’s issues directly and resolve customer complaints. Billing Support Manager:

[From the job post] You will lead an organization of customer support/service professionals who respond quickly and accurately to customers’ questions via chat and email. You will be a critical part of our customer experience team, working to maintain strong customer retention and NPS. 

Provider Enrollment Specialist:

[From the job post] In this role, you’ll own the credentialing processes for 5-10 of our payors, so you’ll play a key role in getting our providers in-network with some of the country’s largest health plans.

Payment Support Specialist (some phone duties)

[From the job post] Provide general support to clients and internal teams on all payment-related matters through various communication channels such as instant messaging, ticketing, email, SMS, phone, etc. Investigate all client refund requests to determine whether or not they are valid, and if so, process as needed. Review all payment disputes and, if appropriate, compile and submit relevant documentation in order to win the dispute in our favor.

Payment Coordinator (data entry role)

[From the job post] The Payment Coordinator is responsible for the first steps in the billing process for the electronic or paper lock boxes. Daily assignments are provided by the supervisor and the payment clerk must develop a plan to complete work lists by end of each day. Payment Coordinator must comply with applicable laws regarding billing standards and be able to operate in a team-oriented environment that strives to provide superior service to anesthesia providers throughout the country.
