Content Moderator (Evening Shift):

Now we’re looking for a Content Moderation Specialist who will be providing consumers all around the world with the best surfing experience possible. You will be responsible for keeping the websites up to date, while always maintaining the quality level to its maximum. Your role is key to ensuring safe surfing for our customers and protecting the company and our customers.

Content Moderator (Night Shift):

What you’ll be doing: Analyze & review content on required websites. Communicate with your manager. Scanning active content to assure content meets compliance standards, while always, maintaining the quality level to its maximum.

Overnight Customer Support Specialist:

Provide an exceptional experience for current Trupanion members through inbound phone calls, chat, and email in a remote call center environment. Passion to assist members, curiosity to ask probing questions, and ability to problem solve and think of creative solutions to assist the member. This is a full-time Overnight position with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. While schedules are set without rotation, this position requires availability on both weekend days. Shifts range between the hours of 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM PST. The base pay for this position is $22.00/hour on a full-time schedule. Along with the hourly pay, Trupanion employees may be eligible for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance.

Virtual Assistant:

As a virtual Executive Assistant / Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning a large annual event, assisting with the podcast production, and managing multiple inboxes. You will also be responsible for ideating and brainstorming new initiatives, creating project plans based on our vision, and developing efficient processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects as needed. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has experience in executive assistance and project management.

Executive Assistant:

Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy company, is seeking a talented and passionate full-time Executive Assistant to join our team and provide full executive and administrative support to our executive team. This role is responsible for increasing the efficiency of our executives by reviewing, prioritizing and delegating a wide variety of complex and confidential requests. The ideal candidate will be able to self-manage and work professionally across all levels of the business

Social Media Manager:

Reporting to the Senior Advisor for Digital, you will act as the organization’s premier social media expert and lead content creation, implementation, and analysis across social channels. You possess a shared commitment to values of equity and inclusion, which are evident in your work products, leadership skills, and interpersonal relationships.

Support Service Coordinator:

The Support Service Coordinator L1 helps execute the Wingman Experience to our Partners. They ensure support cases are processed, prioritized appropriately, and promptly dispatched. Support Service Coordinators perform a variety of services for the Technical Support & Service Desk teams at Pax8, such as critical case escalation and report management in ServiceNow.

Examiner, CLAIMS:

Responsible for administering claims payments, maintaining claim records. Monitors and controls backlog and workflow of claims. Ensures that claims are settled in a timely fashion and in accordance with cost control standards.

Executive Assistant:

The Executive Assistant role focuses on supporting executives (e.g., CEO, President, or EVP level) at Clarify Health with professional-related logistics and coordination, with a goal of enabling these leaders to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. 

Section 8 Specialist:

The Section 8 Specialist will be responsible for managing rental properties that participate in the federal government’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. Their primary role is to ensure that the rental properties are compliant with the program’s guidelines.  The ideal candidate is experienced in providing excellent customer service, well-organized, and a problem solver of complex issues. 

POINTS Support Specialist:

Duties: Investigate the cause of, and complete tasks generated by the API processes. Deliver a high volume of technical support request completions through email (Zendesk), with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude. Take initiative to solve problems and don’t hesitate to share your ideas or make decisions. Provide technical training to internal and external teams as needed. Identify and clearly report customer issues to other teams as appropriate within MSI and ezCater.
